heyyy, this is EXACTLY what i did to my bf. we had an argument, i took it too far and in the end, i was the one who got away with it easier. just like this part. now, she's being stubborn..(i did too) but my bf didnt back off (so did you) but what i really wanted is for him to really prove how true and promising his words are. try this: call her & tell her to meet you at a restaurant or something, somewhere private for you guys to be alone & to talk about things. when she agrees, buy flowers and surprise her. she'll deffinitely love the fact that youre coming on strong & romantic, and promise her you wont be all stupid again. (girls love it when guys blame themselves even if theyre not for the blame and dont worry, we'll realize our mistake in a few minutes & apologise too). this should work. this is what my bf did(: "but, i already knew we were gonna get back, i just wanted to play hard to get to make him feel like i really meant it. but he knew i loved him too much to forget everything we've been through" P.S. DONT YOU EVER SAY: "If you don't...i understand" or something like that. that's the BIGGEST mistake. you need to be strong the way men should be. if you're gonna give a weak speech, then we can deffinitely say that the relationship's gonna be weak. so come out and be like, "i really like you/love you. i need you to be here & i want to be here for you, & im not just gonna let everything go & try to pretend like nothing happened between us because everything means to much to me, you mean too much for me to just let go". she'll deff. just forget everything. situations like this just needs to be romantic again you know. good luck((:

Hello, he sounds completely disgusting and not good enough for you. To be honest, I think he has used you for sex and this is not good. You have to have respect for yourself first and foremost if you want any guy to respect you. I completely understand your feelings about still loving him, this is natural, but it seems as though he will never treat you properly. Do not let him do this to you! You are a strong person and you deserve the best, we all do. Do you honestly think that getting back together with him will make you happy? I think that you should cut all ties with him now, he will only continue to make you miserable, especially if someone else is on the scene. What you are doing now is good, don't answer him at all, stay far away from him and eventually it will get better and you will find someone that make you happy and treats you properly.
