So don't advertise where you got them. There is no law that states you reselling a comped item. The tickets were "promotional". The radio station cannot sell them, and you couldn't legally put them on Ticketmaster. It's not illegal but it is immoral, and I wouldn't want to make a career out of it. The claimed value for comparable tickets is $40, not "free". The event masters gave the radio station the tickets to distribute. Redistribution is not against licensing laws. If I get a free drink in a casino and a dude wants to buy it from me - I'll sell if I'm not thirsty. One of the best concerts I ever went to was just like this situation - Ken got a hot date and gave the comps to me.

You really need to supply more information for an accurate estimate. Are these guns new? Used? Do they come with all their original parts/accessories/ammo? The problem you're going to run into is that most/all of those guns are still available in stores today. Why should anyone buy them from you when they can get a brand new one off a store shelf? If your answer is 'lower price' then it better be low enough to convince them it's worth the risk that your guns may not be in perfect shape, so I wouldn't hope to get more than half their retail value if they're used. Look each of them up on Amazon, note the price, and cut it in half. If it's not a gun that's available new anymore, consult eBay to find an average price. The only Nerf guns that sell for high amounts are rare discontinued guns like the Nerf Crossbow, the Lock n' Load, the Nerf/Koosh 'Vortex' guns, etc. You might actually be better off bartering these guns to folks for other used goods you want. Trade a Vulcan for a Xbox game, for instance.
