Drinking lots of water will not help, thc is fat soluable not water soluable. meaning you must burn it, it will only come out gradually in your pee on its own, but if you want to dillute your pee, take 3 pisses at home before going to drug test, drink lots of water the day of the drug test, and i mean LOTS, and when you feel like you have to pee soooo bad, hold it until you get to the place. then take the pee test. never pee in the cup at the beginning or end of your stream, only midstream. but exercise is so good for getting thc out of your body, because you're burning fat which is where thc is stored.
