If you're shy, have a friend ask for you. The alternative is, if you don't do something about it, is you'll both graduate and probably never see each other again. I'd say it's not much of a risk at that point. If he's not interest, at least you don't have to wonder if he likes you or not. The outcome of that: you're either going to feel foolish for waiting 2.5 years and devoting that much time to thinking about him, or you're going to feel foolish that you waited 2.5 years and now you've forever lost those years you two could have been together and happy. Ultimately though, whatever the outcome, you're going to regret the time you waited, and that time isn't getting any shorter.

PMS is a real thing, and affects different women differently. However for many, it affects their hormones and makes them more emotional. Personally, I find things that would normally be irritating or bother me a little bit, end up making me unusually upset. I get pissy, annoyed, and irritated at a lot of things. I don't have any patience. I feel like crying and don't know why. I know in my head that these things are irrational, I know I'm over-reacting, and yet- I just can't help it. One guaranteed way to make it worse? Ask me if I'm PMSing. The thing is, even though the things upsetting me are not huge issues, my feelings about them are real. Recently during one episode, I was crying about being homesick. Maybe I wouldn't normally cry about it, but just because I'm PMSing doesn't mean my feelings aren't valid. My reaction to it was just skewed. I try not be be a bitch and take things out on people, but sometimes it's easier to get mad at someone else than it is to burst into tears seven times a day. I would recommend not taking it personally if this happens to you. Understand that this woman is going through a difficult time, and try and hear what she's saying, without focusing on how she's reacting. Just be thankful you don't have to experience this every month.

They use to use the old "tail light is out" or "license plate light is out" or "you swerved" excuse but now that they have dash cams, that can prove they are liars, they can't use these made-up excuse any more (unless they turn off the camera).NOW they use the "you weren't wearing a seat belt" scam.If, by some chance, it shows up on their dash cam, proving they were wrong (lying) then they can just say that they must have seen it wrong and nothing happens to them for the illegal stop or lying.But, they know that their dash cams don't show 99.9% of the time, whether you are wearing a seat belt or not (as they can't pick it up) , so they know it's their word vs. yours and their buddy cops and judges will back them up over you. Even non-corrupt judges will assume you weren't wearing a seat-belt or else the cop wouldn't have pulled you over. The judges don't seem to understand that there are rotten cops out there who abuse their positions and retaliate against anyone & everyone who stands up for their rights and points out that some cop might be unprofessional.The seat-belt ticket is a very dirty trick that they use to retaliate against anyone that they want. When it's their word vs. yours, their equally corrupt or inept judges will side with them. Good cops may not use this tactic, but the rotten cops use it all the time
