What Can I Wear To School Everyday What Do I Do How Can You Make Friends On Your First Day

Can I wear a flannel shirt to school everyday?

People will prob say things. I think it's best not to wear the same shirt more than once or twice a week, if you care about what people say.

What should I wear for my first day of high school?

Of course, it really depends on the impression you would like to give others. But first, I suggest that you be comfortable in whatever you choose. First days can be hectic, and intimidating, and the last thing you need are uncomfortable clothes. Wear what feels good. Beyond that, I wouldn't go over the top with any particular fashion trend, try to stay mildly conservative. That way your fellow classmates as well as your faculty get a sense of who you are without your clothes screaming it at them. It's ok to be yourself with your outfit, but start out mildly so you don't offend or put yourself in a position where everyone has judged you based on your first day.

Sweatpants on first day of school?

ok honestly i am really dreading the first day of school and i'm not getting much back to school clothes. ik everyone's gonna be super cute the first day of school. i'm actually considering just wearing a slim fit obey tee with my hollister sweats lol. but i mean its comfy, and i'll stand out? i mean honestly i'm gonna be a junior so i dont care that much. i will make sure my hair/makeup are flawless though. not fancy, but my im getting my hair done 3 days before school starts so yeah, i'm getting it colored this pretty golden apricot color and its pretty long. but yeah what do you think? i'm not gonna bum it everyday, i will have nice outfits, i think its just different and i'm a lazy person and i don't feel like dressing up as a first impression when im really not that interesting lol

What do you do on the first day of high school?

Hm.. Well, it depends where you are, but I'll just tell you about my first day (which was last year, so shouldn't be /too/ different.)

So I woke up in the morning and I got to school insanely early. (DO!)
It took me forever to find my locker and that, and I wanted to search for acquaintances, so it was a good idea. I also took the time to wait around for a tiny while to say hello to the people with lockers near me. (DO! If you are feeling horrible in the coming days, a little local support is a big help.)
After social time, I went (a few minutes early—not too long, mind you. just a little) to my first class. It's helpful to figure out the system for room numbers. Look around and figure out how it works, and when in doubt, ask for help. Don't be an idiot and be late and flustered for your first impression on your new teacher!
In that class, we got a syllabus and talked about the plan for, like, EVERY DAY OF THE SCHOOL YEAR BY MINUTES. At least pretend to pay attention, but do socialize a bit. Don't want it to be too lonesome!
In my next class, we... guess what! Went over a syllabus.
All the rest, syllabuses and rules and such.

It's pretty dull.

Now for lunch. If you can, call some friends. You'll probably have some complaining to do! ("Ugh, there were so... so many syllabuses...!") If it's open campus, plan out a cool place to eat the night before, perhaps. Make arrangements BEFORE lunch time. If you meet any cool people, don't be shy: ask them RIGHT THEN "Hey, wanna have lunch?" First, the person will think you're really swell (I couldn't imagine rejection), and you'll have a lunch buddy! This is good! If worst comes to worst and you're at a new school with no friends and didn't ask anyone about eating, chat a bit in the cafeteria and see if you can get a spot with someone. If horrible things happen and you're still left alone, take the time to eat and also explore a little. Trust me, when all the other freshmen are completely lost and begging for a drink of water ("Where the hell is the drinking fountain?!") you will certainly have the upper foot. ("It's on floor three on the right between the C305 book closet and the girls' bathroom." "Thank you so much! You're amazing!!")

So there you go. Have lots of fun with the syllabuses!

What should I do on my first day at my new school to have a better year?

Be positive to everyone.Respect the teachers.Be neutral regarding groupies; mingle with everyone.Be nice to nerds.Become a nerd.A supernerd.Sit at the first row.Pay attention to your teacher. Don't you dare of blinking!

First day in 9th grade high school?

Hey Stacy. You're going to be in high school, so there's honestly going to be some meanness going around. But that's life, and all the cruelty that you face, is for a reason. And in the end, you should just thank goodness that you made it! If it's the force, the universe, the Lord, or whatever else you might think it is, SOMETHING OUT THERE is working really hard to keep you strong. If someone teases you the first day of high school, will it really make an impact on your whole life? You go to school to learn, and maybe to interact with others, but that's it. If you think that what someone said for maybe a few minutes in your life is going to matter, then you won't go very far. This isn't to sadden or anger you, but it is only to inspire you. I don't even know you, and this website is a community for people to ask and answer questions. When you think about it, we are all humans in this tiny world, and the only way we can get through life is if we help one another in defeating the worst and accepting the best. So good luck with your 1st day and please promise us all that YOU WILL BE HAPPY and not worried about anything. Ok? As for what you will wear, ripped Abercrombie jeans, a cute T-shirt, and flip flops or somethin would be cute. That doesn't matter, what matters is your confidence. The sexiest thing is always confidence.

What to wear on the first day of high school? guys and girls opinions..tips on becoming a freshman?

hey, i'm gonna be a junior next year. a little bit of both is a great style! wearing all abercrombie or hollister is not unique at all. in high school you want to be your own person and have your own style. people will compliment you on that all the time.
i like to wear one of a kind tops and jewelry pieces, or shoes with some cute AE or hollister jeans. that way it doens't look to "dressed up" for school, casual but unique. people who only wear abercrombie are labeled just like the brand. if you wear unique clothes people won't look at you as "another face in the crowd", you will stand out in a good way.
and if anyone did label you as a goody two shoes, which i doubt, they'd only do that because you'd be dressing ten times better than them. :)
wearing unique tops, shoes, and jewelry, or carrying amazingly cute bags is a great way to define yourself and you will come across as a confident person as soon as you walk through the door.

high school is so much fun! as far as being a freshman and meeting new people, it is a great idea to compliment at least one person sitting next to you in every class. on their outift or whatever. they're gonna be totally nerveous too and will definatly appreciate it. plus its great to go ahead and make friends with people the first day, you'll be in that class with them for the next 5 months. i did this the first day of school and one of the girls i talked to in one of my classes ended up becoming one of my best new friends.
oh and first day of school tip, never wear a skirt or anything. way too dressed up. and chances are you'll be doing alot of walking trying to find your classes.

good luck!
