Call the vet in the morning and ask if pain medication is needed. Some vets do not prescribe pain meds for spays. My vet doesn't agree with this fortunately. You should have been given a sheet of discharge instructions from the clinic before bringing her home. The more heats she comes into it will increase her cancers and infections. If she gets an infection it will be an emergency surgery to try to save her life. Dogs usually react to minor pain by self soothing but a little bit of heat should help with discomfort.
