What Causes Poop To Be So Big And Hard And Sometimes Difficult And Painful To Push Out

Is it normal to have testicular pain after bowel movement? Why or why not?

I have found that people who have constipation to the point that they have to strain really, really hard to poop may feel that their testes hurt after a BM. When examined though, the pain was found to be from the muscles in the perineum, which were worked really hard in the straining.

What can be the cause of dizziness after bowel movement?

Sounds like a Vasovagal response.A what?!A Vasovagal response is your body's reaction to a BIG stimulus to you Vagus nerve. Often times, that's through bowel movements. Keep reading for why it is happens.Vagus NerveEvery person has 12 very important cranial nerves, that control the auto-functions of the body. Your Vagus nerve is a busy cranial nerve and main player for controlling your “flight-or-fight response”.Your Vagus nerve, controls/helps with:SweatingHeart rateAppetiteBOWEL MOVEMENTBlood vessels opening and closingAnd many moreSo when a person has an intense bowel movement, your vagus nerve redirects your blood away from your brain to your gut causing dizziness/blurry vision. Triggering a Vasovagal response.Recommendation:See your primary care doctor about the issue, to rule other causes of dizziness and make sure there is not a more serious medical problem or reaction to medicine.Consult with a clinical Dietitian to address fiber intake to make bowel movements less intense.Drink plenty of water to help things move along easier in your gut as well as help your blood volume, so you have enough blood to go around.Regular exercise is also important to help with digestion and train your Vagus nerve to better manage blood flow in your body.

What causes abnormally big stools?

There are a couple of ways it can be answered. If it is big in terms of width and also difficult to pass, yes probably constipation. If it is just really long and still difficult to pass, still probably constipation. If it is either of those and easy to pass, it may just be a large amount of food eaten, possibly with a little constipation too.Eating plenty of fibre will add bulk to stools, but a lack of fluids will make it difficult to pass which is possibly the problem. You should drink around 2 litres of water a day, in small amounts throughout the day and get plenty of fibre too. This would add the bulk which makes it easier to pass and the water will make it easier to pass too.Certain medications can cause constipation too, like certain painkillers which have codeine in them.If it becomes a problem, seek medical advice.Hope this helps

Is it possible to poop out your own intestines, and if so how likely is it?

Is it possible to poop out your own intestines, and if so how likely is it?This is a huge fear of mine, I have heard two cultural references to  this happening. I just want to know how likely it is that this could  happen to me. Also I heard it was more likely to happen to women who  have had hysterectomies, so please give me no details but a few fact so I  can relax some clenched parts of my body!A previous anonymous response is correct that it is possible to "poop out" a small portion of your large intestine.  This section is known as the rectum, and when it protrudes through the anus, the condition is called rectal prolapse. From Rectal Prolapse | ASCRS The portion that protrudes can be manually replaced, but once prolapse occurs, there is a tendency for it to happen repeatedly, especially during straining with bowel movements.  Surgery may be required to keep the rectum in place. If the prolapse is not severe, non-surgical treatments including diet modification, stool softeners, and pelvic floor muscle exercises may help.  How to Reverse Pelvic Prolapse and Avoid Prolapse Surgery Read moreRectal Prolapse Rectal Prolapse. Pooping problems, stomach rumbling, Acid indigestion... please help me!?

Hello, I know this is gross but I have no where else to turn....

My poopies is the size of crunchy Cheetos, it is very difficult to poop like as if I am pushing and pushing and finally a little squeezes out, it is not had but more like soft poop... All day today at work my tummy was rumbling and I felt like I had to poop so when I went just gas came out and like cream colored liquid, almost looking like cream colored yogurt. I have been having problems for like 2 weeks but started to get better until today.

I have also been getting a lot of foamy stuff in my throat and it makes me throw up sometimes but I got an acid indigestion chew able and it works WONDERS for that... Instant relief!

Anyways, I am worried about my poop....I feel like there is almost something in there blocking the path. I got some ex-lax but it only makes it diarrhea and helps it get out which is a good thing, but why can't I just push it out myself...

I don't have any money to go to the doctor... do you think it is serious? I mean, I could go to ER but I try to live debt free and can only imagine the hundreds or thousands of dollars that will cost me. :( I don't want to die though...

Please help...
