What Color-tint / Tone Is Heather-gray

What colors go well with heather grey?

Perk it up with some nice jewel tones. Royal blue, forest green, a nice vibrant brick red.

Heather grey has a bluish tint to it, but it could also be considered kind of neutral. So really, almost any color would look nice with it. If your avatar reflects your coloring, then you can probably carry off jewel tones and rich, warm colors really well, so why not go for it?

What is the best font color for text on a grey background screen?

Generally for body text, a black-to-white ratio of 60-80% is preferred for best readability. On a white background, in practice this means setting text to a hex color between #333333 and #666666, which is equivalent to rgb(51, 51, 51) and rgb(102, 102, 102).In CSS, a background-color property of grey or gray is equal to #808080 or rgb(128, 128, 128), which is a darkish grey. It is dark enough to suggest using white as the text color for best contrast. Be aware though that reversed type has its own issus for readability, so generally that is not an optimal solution as you can see:You will be better off choosing a lighter grey background to achieve a satisfactory contrast, like #CCCCCC, with a pure black text color, like in the example below. Personally I would go a bit lighter even on the background, but not darker. But it also really depends what font your are using, and how big it is (I used 18px Maison Neue Regular below).

Did you use a hair COLOUR that said “ash” in the title? I'm a lisenced stylist so I can't give you advice without knowing all of your details. It's not responsible for anyone to do so.You may be best to go get it professionally done to correct the colour issue. You will get the best results that way. Which colors go with burgundy?

What colors go well with burgundy? To be a bit complex to answer. There's the obvious answer: with neutral colors (black, gray, white, ivory and navy blue). But then there's also the "think outside the box" kind of answer. I did a little research of my own and found the following answers:1. Red and violet are good colors to match with burgundy since they fall next to each other on the color wheel.2. You can also match tints (colors mixed with white) of red and violet as well as hues (colors mixed with black) of blue with burgundy.3. Burgundy matches well with hunter green. Both are darker shades of red and green. However I find this not to be the last answer. This season more daring proposals have been offered by designers, mixing burgundy with bright color like orange and electric blue. With this in mind I ventured myself into color mixing and came up with a couple of proposals. When I create outfits sometimes I like to push the limits. This outfits are only for people who are not afraid and who are willing to try new things.
