What would be a good title for my alien story?
For language arts i had to write a story about aliens and it needs a creative title. Its about 2 girls that ditch the prom just to hang out with some guys in a field in kentucky. a UFO crashes and they meet an alien named Michio(: They help him search for a substance called cerule that his UFO runs on. WHATS A GOOD NAME?!?
What could be a good title for my short story?
A good title always comes from the story itself. A fun story with a little humor in it, deserves a tongue-in-cheek name; while something more serious and moving, looks much better with a dignified, well-though title. Charles Dickens' "A Christmas Carol" wouldn't have been nearly as popular if it had been called "Three Ghosts and an Old Miser". Without actually reading the story, and being able to take the temperature of it's mood, it's hard to just give it a title, off the cuff. Based on what information you have given, I'd go more with something more like, "Even Thieves Have Feelings." "Cold Comfort" might also work, because it combines a word classically associated with jails, while hinting at the plot. "Cold Stone Blues" might do, for the same reasons, depending on the argument involved.
What would be a good fairy tale story idea?
Keyshia is scared of getting hurt because of her parent's split, right? So why not focus it around that? Keyshia is a normal, average girl. She isn't particularly athletic or a genius, but she gets along well because she wants to remain unnoticed. However, because she once hid under her bed for x hours (while her parents were fighting), she developed a slight obsession with cleaning things to make her environment more comfortable. One day, a group of boys vandalize a gravestone that she sees on her way to school. Because of her obsession, she cleans it; she continues to clean it because every time she gets near it, it calms her down and she doesn't feel like everything is going to fall apart around her. She eventually makes friends with the spirit of the grave, who hasn't been visited since his family moved away. The spirit becomes her friend, and slowly convinces her to make friends with other people. When she does, however, he gets jealous and she finds herself at odds with him. Eventually she tells him to disappear so she can hang out with her 'real' friends, and he smiles and says, "You finally got it." Whoops. Ignore this, if you like.
What would be a good title to a teen love story?
Little things that help the guy follow her, or little quirks that she likes. For instance, say she really loves lillies and before she moves, he tells her he's oging to follow after her. She thinks it's a joke, but leaves lillies alnog the way for him. Then you could put lillies in the title. Like "Breadcrumbs to Lillies", for example, taking from the road of breadcrumbs idea.
What would be a good title for a revenge- type story?
My story is about a girl who take revenge on her friends for betraying her. I was thinking about Sweet Revenge or Tainted Blood for my title. What do u think would be a good title for my type of story?
