What Could Be Causing My Body Acne And How Could I Make It Go Away

Acne won't go away?

My acne just won't disappear! It's been 2-3 months now my forehead and temple area are having large pimples. The worst ones are near both of my temples. Like i said, for two months there have been large pimples growing there and with no sign of recovery.

I've tried popping them but no use. I've tried not to pop them but no use as well. Pills and acne cream are ineffectual.

I stay away from oily food whenever i can, and i eat fruits and veggies regularly.

Doctor just gave me pills.

Does acne go away?

Depending on your age, stress levels, hormones, diet, water consumption and the quality of products used on your skin, you can dramatically reduce their occurrence. The phrase “you are what you eat” is key to keeping yourself healthy inside and out. It also applies to what you put on your skin. Reportedly, at least 65% of what we put on our skin goes into our bloodstream through our pores. If you are on a roller coaster ride and using synthetic cleansers and lotions, then a good portion of those chemicals are going in deeply.Artificial products have drying ingredients that cause your sebaceous glands to over-produce and trap dirt and debris in your pores. This results in waxy sebum and bacteria mixture that erupts on your face and body. Choose products crafted with dry oils that are produced organically to moisturize, cleanse and protect your skin.If you are in your teens and 20s, your hormones will fluctuate and cause blemishes. The proper of water intake, for your body weight, also will flush toxins from your system.Good luck and be patient. Acne starts under the skin 2 months prior to them making their way to the surface of the skin. It does take time, but with the advice above, you will see results.

Does wrestling cause acne?

I had acne since like the 6th grade. I didn't really care about my acne until the 8th grade. I used lots of products and did not work. Now im a freshman. My first year of wrestling ended. After that my mom took me to the dermatologists to get my acne go away. My face is clearing up. Then my mom and i had a conversation about me stop doing wrestling because it will make the acne come back. I dont want to quit because I want to be a state champion and get a scholarship also I love wrestling. I don't believe my acne will come back. I think I might get a couple of pimples and that's all. Also I told her i will wash my face often. Then she told me its my decision. I think my acne started when I went to the Philippines for summer vacation. While I was there I had lots of bug bites on my face. I think the bugs bit me while I was sleeping. I wash my face 3 times a day now with dove soap bar.

Why won't my acne go away!? I've tried everything!?

Do baths give you body acne?

There could be many factors that are causing this. For example, consider your age. If you are a teenager, then this is something that is normal, as your hormones are raging.

Think about the material of shirts, blankets, sheets, and pillows that you are wearing or laying on. If you are wearing shirts that are either very thick or a non-breathing material, you may start to sweat. Acne occurs when the pores clog up with sweat, oil, and other debris. Since we're talking about clothing, you may want to look into finding a different laundry detergent. Your skin may be sensitive or developing an allergy. Allergies can occur at any given time as you go through life. How about pets? Are they laying on your clean laundry? Pet Dander is a very common allergen for humans. Either way, wear clothing that is more loose-fitting and enables your pores to breathe - especially to bed. Also, tie your hair back if it's really long so your skin is not absorbing its oils.

Closely look at your health and hygiene. Think about your stress level as well. High stress and anything that is disturbing or brings on a strong emotion can cause breakouts of acne. Make sure you are taking in vitamins from either food, or regular vitamins. Eliminate greasy, oily, sweet, and fatty foods from your diet for a while so your acne disappears quickly.

For one, go back to taking showers, as switching to baths is more likely than not the cause of your problem. The oils in the soap may be soaking, along with your own natural body oils, into your skin and clogging it up. If you've investigated every other option, then see your doctor, an Skin Doctor, or an Allergist.
