What Could Be The Reason Behind Sl`s Pace Attacks Sudden Improvement

DEBATE on who is the greatest Indian captain ever:Dhoni or Ganguly?

MBIOF I easily have answer to all your questions.

1.Why ganguly failed to win world cups?
Lol ,in how many world cups did Dhoni captain?answer is 5 so far.And in how many world cups did ganguly lead the team as captain?answer is only 1 & he took the team to finals in that after 20 long years,& as I said that World Cup was in RSA(not favourable conditions for India).

2.Why ganguly failed to make India no.1 in tests & ODIs?
Again u can read this in answers of class of jaguar or desiboy,India were #8 when ganguly became captain,he took them till #2.When Dhoni becomes captain India were already #2,he takes them till #1 but those whitewashes against oz & eng bring them down to #5.

And as far as u saying that ganguly team had great players,no that's totally false.Again read desiboy answer, dravid & Laxman had done nothing of note before he became captain(compare their average before he become captain & after he become captain),& Sachin too was in lean patch. He installed aggressive atti

Why can't India produce quality fast bowlers but Pakistan produces them easily?

Have you noticed something? What is the relation between these magicians? They are lefties and have natural swing. It pays to be a left arm quick and Pakistan is blessed with them. Lefties have natural swing in their hands. But rarely, people like Waqar and McGrath too have great swing. Most Pakistani bowlers today are left. People in India don’t have that awareness. They can maximum train a left arm quick or produce since they are small. Cricket is a great sport, Where lefties are not sinners.Tape Ball-Most people tape the ball to give it weight and improve the flight while being less dangerous to use in the street than a conventional cricket ball and gives swing while bowling. If Indian parents check this ball, they’ll say “Beta, don’t use, this is hard”.When a kid plays, he holds the ball in different ways and gets to know how to hold the ball to swing, while tennis balls are light and don’t have seam. The art of self discovery works here. This is a pretty rational answer, I believe.

Should I lease or buy office space?

The general convention on this, is that unless you are in the business of real estate, it is a poor use of company capital to invest in buying your own offices. You should be investing capital and resources to maximize your core competency as a business. If a substantial portion of your capital is tied up in real estate, this may detract from being the best you can be in your competitive field... Better to spend that money on additional R&D, marketing, personnel, acquisition of competitors, etc. There are exceptions to this of course, in the case of Apple acquiring the real estate to build its own campus... Or Google owning its  own addresses in NYC and on its main campus... But this is less about the efficient use of capital (real estate is a tiny part of these balance sheets), and more about the unique space requirements that are not likely to be found in an existing property. These companies require unique office configurations to optimize their organization.Unless you can't find what you need in the leasing market, for most other businesses, it probably makes more sense to lease and use that capital to outgrow whatever space you're in.

What is the problem in Sri Lanka’s cricket team? They are losing despite having quality players like Matthews and Malinga.

The biggest and the primary reason why Sri Lanka is doing badly at the moment is because they failed to groom new talents when their stars were in the twilight years. If you look at teams like India and Australia they have always groomed new players whenever a star was past his prime. Australia won the World Cup in 2015 despite the lack of stars.Their cricket board has always had internal issues and this led to the retirement of Kumar Sangakkara who was in supreme form hitting 4 consecutive centuries in the 2015 World Cup. Sourav Ganguly and Shaun Pollock had spoken about Sanga coming out of retirement to help the team in it’s rebuilding phase.Since Chandika Hathurasinghe has become the new coach, he should identify a core group of players and build a team around them, just like how he did with Bangladesh. At present they have a quality batsman like Dinesh Chandimal who consistently does well in Tests, but is not given a continuous rope. They have a quality spinner in Akila Dananjaya who needs to be nurtured well. Mathews is still good, but is injury prone. Niroshan Dickwella should be given the captaincy imho. They should move beyond Malinga and Suranga Lakmal should take the responsibility of a pace spearhead.Hoping to see an improved performance by Sri Lanka in the coming days.
