I have lower right side pain. This has be going on for 1 year now. It comes and goes, but now it doesn't go.

It has come and gone. Now it is there and I have a low grade fever, diarrhea, nausea, and just don't feel well. I do have endometriosis. This was never found on the right side. I did see my gyno 6 months ago and he doesn't feel this pain is endo. I saw Uroligist, CT scan done, nothing. Now to 1/12/08, went ot ER with extreme pain. CT scan done. They said I was ok but my lymph nodes where still swollen from the last CT scan. Never know that. Saw primary doctor, CT scan, showed the same-he called it Mesentiric Lymphadinitis-just rest. One week later no different. I was sent to a surgean. He did a endoscopy-all fine and a colonsocpy-showed acute inflmation by the illeum. No finding of Crohns, colitis, c-diff. He was going to call it illeumitis. He said now I could have a lapascopy done to check for lymphoma, or go to yet another dr-a GI doctor and go on steriods and I should be good. Now I can not take this anymore. I am not found of steriods. Anyone have any other ideas?

What causes right side pain near hip bone?

It's hard to say exactly what is causing your pain. First, where is the pain? I'm asking this because for a couple of years I was having horrible pain in my lower right abdomen/pelvic area. First thing they checked for was my appendix, then I saw a gastroenterologist and he did a colonascopy, then I saw my gynecologist who did an Ultrasound and ended up having exploratory surgery in that area to make sure they didn't miss anything (none of these were not causing my pain) . I went to see an orthopedic for my back problems(Scoliosis) and he was the one who finally figured out why I was having this pain in my right pelvic area. It turned out I had a labral year in my hip along with bursitis and a bone spur. I had surgery to repair all this.I started having pain in my hip joint a few years later (this was on the outer side of the hip, but inside the joint where it meets the pelvic area and the leg). I now have arthritis in my hip (along with other areas).I'm telling you all this because just saying you have hip pain is very vague too tell you what is wrong. You could have hip pain but the cause may not even be in your hip. It could be lower back issues, knee problems to name a few. Your best bet is to see an orthopedic doctor to get an answer about your pain.

Sharp Pain by ear. Jawline to Temple. Also inflammed.?

Could be an inner ear infection or impacted tooth. Ear infections half the time does not have pain inside the ear but running down the jaw line. Or impacted tooth does the same thing. Place some triple antibiotic ointment on your finger and place inside your ear. Place heating pad on that side, on low and alternate heat and ice. Also take 2 ibuprofen every four hours for inflammation. This is the only OTC-over the counter pill that stops the inflammation from getting worse. It also is the only thing OTC for dental pain caused by inflammation. See your doctor Monday, or if it gets worse go to emergency.

Very movable spongy lump on right side of jaw, hurts at times?

since no one on here can actually see your jaw and/or feel it, it will be difficult to tell you what it could be for sure.

to me, part of it does sound like it could be a swollen (cervical) lymph node (these are mainly in the cervical portion of your neck but branch into the jaw and face area). A swollen lymph node is most likely a sign of an infection.

I think that the the best thing you should do is visit a doctor, so they can examine you and be able to tell you for sure what it is. make sure when you go, you mention that it has been growing since dec. of 2008.

standard treatment includes taking tylenol and/or advil, warm compresses. if the cause of the swollen lymph node is an infection you will probably be given an antibiotic. if it is abscessed they will drain it. there are other causes but these are probably the most common.

don't read about more about causes bc you don't know for sure if this is what you have...go to a doctor to be sure. if you can't wait until monday to see your doctor bc you are worried, go to an urgent care place.

hope this helps a little! good luck! =)
