What Date And Month Do I Start Counting From For This Question That Says For The Three Months

Which month do I start counting from?

Me and my boyfriend have been together since November, when counting the months we’ve been together so I count novememer (eg November, December, January, February = 4 months) or do I start counting from the next month? (Eg December, January, February = 3 months) always thought it was the second one but so many people seem to do the first one so now I’m questioning myself. 10 points for best answer :)

Dating. When do you count a month?

ok yes it is 4 weeks from when you started dating and I dont really care if i get gifts but if your new to dating try every 6 months for gifts.

When do you start counting ovulation?

You start counting on the 1st day of bleeding.
Here's a good trick my doc recommends and it worked for my cousin too!
From day 1, count to days 11-18. Then have sex every other day during that time frame. (either even days or odd days, for ex: have sex on days 11, 13, 15, 17 or 12, 14, 16, 18) Do evens for a couple months and then do odds for a couple of months. As soon as my cousin switched from evens to odds, she got pregnant!!! Timing is obviously key!!!!
Good luck!

When counting the number of months, an event took place. Why do people never count inclusively? E.g., "They lived there for three months." (Jan 25th-Apr 5th) when really they lived there for four months (J, F, M, A).

Because they are only counting the most complete months. The 25th is so close to the end of the month, you cannot count it as living there the full month. As for the 5th of the month is right at the beginning, you can’t count that as a full month either. Technically, they only lived there for 2 months and a few days.

If you hadn't had your period in three months does that mean your pregnant?!?

3 months? definitley pregnant...

Do you count your dogs age by months or weeks?

I usually refer to my dogs age in weeks until they are 20 weeks old. After that, I switch to months.
The reason for this is that puppies have so many developmental changes in the first 16-20 weeks and they slow down some after that, so the difference is not as crucial.

Can I apply to a German job search visa after three months from my graduation and returning to my home country?

Yes. But….Doesn't matter when you apply for your job search visa, your 18 month starts counting from the date of your thesis defense. It's better to switch as soon as possible after completion, because that visa allows you to work not-limited hours in any kind of job.But watch out, you are given 18 months job search visa only if you have money to survive 18 months, usually around 8k or a job contract that brings more than 600 per month. Some cities might also ask for block account with certain amount. You can go back to your home country after getting your visa. But if you are out of Germany more than six months, your visa is not anymore valid. I can not assure it for all condition but, this rule is generally applicable for almost all visa types.

After how many months do you stop referring to your child as "months old"?

me? A year. Before that I'd say "nearly a year" from about 10 months. At 18 months I've said 18 months because as far as babies are concerned it's an age in its own right, sort of. But if someone didn't know us well enough to know how old my kids were I figured they didn't need an exact answer. Just turned one a couple of months ago (or maybe even giving the months if I felt comfortable with it at the time), just turned 2, 2 and a half, nearly 3 etc. Nothing really too specific. Unless doctor asked and I'd have to go through and count the months after giving a vague answer. But I can't say I celebrate monthly birthdays, and once they've done things like walking that you sort of count in months of ages, after that you kind of just remember how close to which birthday they were when they did different things. Other than that, it's not really a big deal. Anyway, whenever anyone tells me their child's age in months I kind of have to translate it into normal language anyway. Seems more of that they're trying to prove they're not a complete ditz than anything else by knowing their exact ages in months, or they've just had a check-up, or they've just looked up development for children of their child's age or something else that's a bit out of the ordinary.

In all honesty, I wouldn't have raised an eyebrow if I was talking to that lady that said her child was 22 months old. I'd be sitting there waiting for the conversation about her child's development and how advanced she is and how she's doing things that most other kids don't do until they're 2 etc. Or running away, or getting away from her as politely as possible.

When do dating anniversaries stop mattering?

It is immature yes. In the first year it's cool to count up the first three months, to celebrate at six, and then again at one year. After that it's one year. Your in a relationship, not raising a child. Your not going to tell someone you've been with him for 14 months are you? No, you'll say a little over a year.

It's an ann(annual)iversary for a reason.
