What Did I Do To My Back

Why does my back hurt when I get mad?

Tight muscles in your back are causing your pain. When you get angry and tense up you are adding pressure onto the nerves to cause them to go into pain. Once you stop tensing up your body the extra pressure is gone along with the pain. To get rid of the pain as well as to not have it happen again you have to release your back muscles to free up the tight ones that keep getting pressed into pain and here's how to do that release:
Back:
(do while sitting on a chair)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front, and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm as straight as possible. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, then release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

I was practicing my back handsprings, and I was doing good, until the last one I did today I really hurt my elbow bad. it's not broken because it only hurts a little now, but when it happened I heard it crack and it hurt a lot. this is a regular thing, I do (round off) back handsprings every day and this usually happens about once a day, should I get this checked out since it happens so much? what did I do wrong in my back handspring that makes my elbow hurt like this?

Why does my back hurt when I lie down?

The most common reason why our back hurts, especially when we lie down, is muscle strain. We tend to strain our muscles when we lift heavy objects and move things around, much more so when we are doing it in an incorrect manner. The pulled muscle in our back tends to hurt more when we lie down.Another reason why people experience back pain, particularly when lying down, is because of age. Our spine is much more prone to wear and tear as we grow older. Hence, we can be diagnosed with arthritis or disc degeneration, which becomes awfully painful when we lie down.We can also attribute the back pain we feel when lying down due to different medical conditions, such as a tumor in our spine, or scoliosis. There is a direct pressure in our spine when we lie down, which is why back pain is more imminent if we have specific medical conditions. Our sleeping position can also affect how we feel the next day. We can either wake up feeling relaxed and well-rested, or haggard and in pain. Try lying on your side with a pillow between your knees to keep your spine aligned, relieving the strain on your back.Tempted to stay in bed and not to go to work because of that back pain? Convince yourself to get up and move along because lying is one of the worst things that alleviates back pain. Get physical and move. Your back will thank you for it.Perhaps the article in this link can be of much help. Why does my back itch when i take my shirt off?

If you have hair on your back, then there's your problem. My boyfriend gets me to shave his on a regular basis because it is annoying to him as well.

Why does my lower back hurt after sleeping?

Not a doctor but have suffered a lot with back pain. Look at your daily activity, is there anything that is straining your back which then in turn gives you pain when you lie in basically one position at night. Then look at you mattress, old, beaten up, dip in the middle, no support, dump it. There simply is no point at all having an old mattress. Suggested lifespan for a mattress is 10 years, after this, have a rethink. I have super mattresses which were a reasonable price from IKEA, supportive and very comfortable.

What should i do about a husband that does things behind my back?

Depends on what it is. If it's something like going golfing one afternoon when he shoule be at work, I'd let it go. We all need time to ourselves from time to time. But if it's something like going to a strip bar and then lying to you about it, that's another story. I believe that whenever someone feels the need to lie about something they've done, it's because they feel that it was wrong to do. Ask yourself, "is he thinking about your feelings"? You're in a marriage. Honesty is the most important ingredient to a healthy marriage. But remember... it's not okay to try and control someone either:)
