How to handle my crazy neighbor?
I recently just moved in my first apartment last month. I lived in an apartment my whole life so I know apartment etiquette etc. I exchanged numbers with my upstairs neighbor for emergency purposes only. Since I ve moved in she s texted me exesivly about how my tv is loud and basically I shouldn t watch tv at night. Meanwhile my tv in my room is always on volume 9. I told her I ve done everything to accommodate her and i can barely hear my tv and iccant live uncomfortable in my own home and to please stop texting me. Now she has stoped texting me but she now bangs so loud it makes my heart jump. Follows me from room to room and drops things. When I bang she bangs back. There is no talking to her because she s crazy. The leasing office is aware of her already because they warned me before I moved in. I don t know what else to do because she is making me uncomfortable in my own home.
What can you do about a crazy neighbor?
I understand crazy neighbors. It is a shame, because it literally traps you in your home. First, you need to keep journal log of dates and times, what action she took and what she said. A video camera or tape recording would also be helpful. Tape recorders are inexpensive and can be sound activated. Have anyone who has witnessed this behaviour make a statement on paper, have witnessed and notarized. Talk to the park management, contact the police and explain the situation and ask for thier help. They may come out and talk to her and explain she cannot behave like this. Explain how irrational and scary this is to you and family. Ask to have her cited for stalking, harassment, disturbing the police. You may also want to contact a lawyer to discuss your options, i.e. civil lawsuit, injunctions against her, restraining orders, etc. If nothing seems to work, contact the local TV and ask for their problem department, explain and ask them to do a piece on neighbors and disturbance of peace, do the same with newspaper and explain your situation. Many times they do these pieces and will talk to all, this way she would realize what a horrible neighbor she is. Seriously, call the police and a lawyer and explore all your options. She is way out of line and needs to be repremanded.
How do you deal with a drunk crazy neighbor?
Its Memorial Day weekend and I am in the military. I also have a great back porch with a grill that I love to cook on. But I really can't enjoy any of those things this holiday weekend or any other weekend because of this drunk women who lives behind my Fiance and I. We live in Key West and the houses are tight so most people try to respect their neighbors. This lady just sits out back and smokes, drinks, and watches TV all afternoon extremely loud. I never really cared and just let her do her thing until my Fiance went on our back porch to pound some chicken for dinner. The neighbor told her to shut the F*ck up. The neighbor has also woken me up on work nights around 4am pounding on her door after she drunkingly locked herself out. We have called the cops numerous times and there is nothing they can do. I have yelled back which only makes her worse. Now she just sits over there and cuses at my Fiance and I whenever we go out back. What should I do?

I have a year and a half old siberian husky. My neighbor also has a siberian husky female whos just under a year old. She is going through her first heat and my dog is GOING CRAZY! He won't stop this insane whining, whimpering, and everytime he's outside he pulls himself against the leash to get to her house. I want to get him neutered, but all the low-cost clinics are booked for the next few weeks! I'm losing my mind! lol but seriously what is a good solution? I gave him treats when he wouldn't whine, but he just mopes cuz he can't "get any". Help!!!

Use your video camera on your cellphone to record any interactions you have with her. Remember that anything you say is being recorded also, so if you are antagonizing her it well show as well.When the cops show up, show them how crazy she is on video and she will develop a reputation as someone who makes false calls about you and you probably won't be bothered by the police after that.
