You can't. ReCAPTCHA is a server-side thing and it's literally impossible to stop it. They're just trying to make sure your account isn't a bot, after you've completed a few of them without problems the system'll work out that you aren't a bot.

around 20th June 2014, my Instagram App on Windows Phone 8 (Nokia Lumia 820) started to ask me to Verify my account with reCaptcha. And every time I enter the painfully confusing code It keeps on asking again & again!!! It rendered the app useless & I couldn't find a way to contact Instagram Technical support team, They just have a FAQ on their website!! Your help is really appreciated. Many Thanks in advance

You can't. However if you use Gmail, you can create another account using the + trick or the dot trick. In Gmail add a +whatever to the end of your email. It will still come to you. For example yourname+instagram@gmail.com is the same as yourname@gmail.com
