What Should I Do For My Birthday?
My brother is graduating from boot camp for the Navy on the day after my birthday, so we have to head down to Chicago on my birthday so that we can attend the graduation...so is my birthday completely cancelled? Like what should I do besides sit in the car all day? That doesn't really seem like a fun thing to do. Don't get me wrong, I am very proud of my brother, but now that we're driving all day to go to Chicago, I can't really do anything for my birthday.
What do you do the day before your birthday?
Happy soon to be Birthday! Usually the day before my Birthday, I bake a cake for myself. Sounds silly, I know. But at least that way, even if nobody else gives me a gift, I have something to indulge on. When I was younger, my parents used to buy me cakes every year, now that I'm married, they still remember, but seldom buy me those cakes. Keep in mind that there is a possibilty that MAYBE they've "forgotten" your Birthday because they are throwing you a surprise party! This is your special day and I would understand why you'd be upset if others forgot about it, I've been in your position before too. But with me, I usually give people around me a heads up a week in advance telling them that my Birthdays coming up! lol.

me and 4 friends want to do something for my birthday, but unsure what. its going to be my 19th which isnt a big birthday, but i didnt do anything for my 18th and this year we really wanna do something. any suggestions will be great!

If it is your birthday then , first let me wish you“Wish you many more returns of the day”it is your birthday, it shows your speciality to others and everyone treat you special today , so it's your big day and every minute is precious , I think you know it very wellDo whatever you want to do but take care of yourself (like safety) .Eat your favourite food .Meet your best friends.Take one new oath.Spend some quality time with your family.Be happy entire day.Before going to bed , don't think your birthday is finished , actually it is just first day of another year in your life , you should spend remaining days with same interest and treat every single hour as precious just like on your birthday.
How do you celebrate your birthday?
I get gifts from my fiance & family, then we all go out to dinner at Carrabbas, our favorite place to eat, especially when it's someone's birthday. One of us sneaks a message to the hostess that one in our group is having a birthday, the hostess tells the waiter/waitress. After the meal, the waiters & waitresses gather around the honored one, present that person with a hot fudge sundae with a lit candle in it, & they all sing Happy Birthday, in Italian. Other diners will clap or say Happy Birthday as well. We all do the same when other diners are the honored one. It makes for great family time together. Oh, yes, we take pictures too!!!!

Parents fight on my Birthday, What Should I Do?
On my birthday I canceled all of my plans with my friends because my parents said they would take the whole family out for a nice breakfast and they wanted me to spend my birthday with them. As we were driving to the place, my parents got into a fight over how cheap my dad is, how my mom never shuts up about anything and how much they hate each other. My mom started crying and my dad refused to go inside the restaurant when we got there. My mom yelled at him more and then my dad said he doesn't care and is taking us home. On the way home the shouting continued and my 2 younger brothers and I (I turned 17 that day) remained quiet. When we got home my mom (still crying like a maniac) told us except my dad, to get in the car and that she would take us somewhere and kept saying stuff about my dad. I didn't like the vibe at this point and was scared my mom was going continue talking about how awful my dad is, in the car so I said no and started doing homework in the basement where no one would bother me. Upstairs I heard a lot of noise and knew it had gotten physical. None of my parents apologized to me since and its been almost a month. I continued talking to them both because i thought it was the mature thing to do but I'm really hurting. I didn't expect my dad to say sorry because he never does but I expected my mom to and she didn't. Nowadays I take little jabs at my mom about how she's not a good mother (I make it sound sarcastic and over the littlest things so it doesn't look so obvious) and today she started yelling at me about how I never care about anyone. Like who cares more, me or the parent that ruined my birthday and didn't apologize? I always make they're birthdays super special and they know it but why do I deserve this in return? Who do you think is right here and what should I do about this? I haven't talked to my parents at all about what happened on my birthday and no one ever brings it up.
