What Do I Say When Declining A Job Offer

How do I decline an au pair job offer?

I have three families who all say I'm their first choice for an au pair. One I don't really care for and they were the last to contact me, so I don't mind saying no to them. Other than that, it's between the first family, whose home I visited twice and the second family, whose home I visited once but I also got to meet their kids (the first family is expecting a baby). I think I want to go with the second family, but I feel really bad because I like the first family a lot too! What should I say?

What should I say to decline a job offer politely?

I had 2 Nanny job interviews for the past 2 weeks. I got pretty excited for the first interview and I wrote them a thank you letter that I am interested for the position. Last week I got another interview from a different family and now I have given it a lot of thought and I decided to decline the first one. I feel like I feel comfortable working with the second family than the first one.
Now, I got a text from the parent and asked if I am available to start next week. But I don't know how to say to reject her offer. Any help?

How do you decline a job offer politely?

by thanking them for the opportunity but let them know the reason (another offer from a competitor, changed expectations, company not meet your expectations as an employer [its a 2-way street, you know])

How can I write a letter declining a job offer due to salary?

I wouldn't write anything, I'd talk to them. If they want to negotiate, then talk to them and do it. If you write the letter, they may just toss it and go onto the next applicant. If you really want to write the letter, you should be brief, polite, and don't burn bridges. See link to read more.

I need advice!! how do i decline a job offer!?

so, im a recent grad school graduate, and on a whim i found a job on craigs list- i applied. they called me legit two days later and i have had two interviews so far... they are telling me this week if i get the job or not. my problem is, it occured to me that i never shopped around for a job, i dont know exactly what i wanna do and i dont wanna get stuck in this full time job right now.

i currently have a part-time, relief job in a related field so i dont 'need' the job. the thing is, during the interview i made sure to sell myself and seem interested in the job, i mean why not lol BUT now how should i decline?

1.) tell them my part time place offered me full time?
2.) legit just be like, i havent looked around yet and i acted too fast on getting a job?
3.) ignore their calls
4.) or take it and quit in like september...

ahhhhhhh!

What do I say if I decline a job offer after I verbally accepted and they called me several times?

I have accepted an offer a month ago and said will join in April but now I changed my mind and don't want to join and I would rather stay where I am, plus when I asked for a certain package they said to lower it and I did and so they accepted. Now I decided not to join. Need your advice urgently. thank you
