Was Planned Parenthood under Margaret Sanger originally set up with the intent of exterminating the African American population?
Margaret Sanger was primarily interested in women’s health. Given where she lived and when, I doubt she really knew that many African Americans. Her parents were immigrant Irish and at the time immigrant families were often huge (her mother had 11 live births). Tuberculosis was also endemic in that population. My father’s family was 2nd generation Irish (his father was born in 1861) and he had 2 siblings die of tuberculosis in the early 20th century.She was a socialist and she seemed to accept the eugenics that was popular in that era. The people who were behind Planned Parenthood believed in eugenics and most of them would be regarded as racists and bigots, but their bigotry wasn’t centered only on African Americans. They regarded the horde of Catholic immigrants as unsuitable as much as they regarded African Americans as unsuitable.So to be more direct Planned Parenthood wasn’t setup to exterminate the African American population.

Do Planned Parenthood clinics usually test for Hepatitis B and/or C?
I don't know, because I tried calling them multiple times today but never got an answer to my phone call. I want to get tested for those two diseases. I called another testing clinic and the lady said I might have to go to a doctor's office to get tested for those, but that sounds like a little too much trouble, and likely more costly. I just want an easy testing, like when I was tested for HIV. I was just in and out. I didn't ask her about the Planned Parenthood and if they could do it.
