What do people who don't work DO all day?
Beardogs answer made me laugh. That was totally my day at work, except I never wandered aimlessly. I walked quickly, with purpose and an angry expression. Even whilst online shopping my facial expression was one of extreme concentration and purpose. Now that I work from home, I spend my days masturbating and eating raw cookie dough. My desk in my bedroom is a shamble and my files are a mess. One might think that having my own business and employees who count on me to survive would make me work harder, but I'm lazy and unambitious and truly ok with that.

How come people don't eat pizza crusts?
I love the crust! In fact, I eat it first. I tear off a piece and dab it on the cheesy, saucy part and eat it or sometimes I do what I grew up doing---and that is dipping the crust into my drink! lol Either way, it's the very best part--crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. I always think people who don't eat their crust reflects negatively on them, kind of like people who don't take off their shoes to walk on the beach.
Why do people say " I don't know what you want me to say" --What does this mean?
Your big problem is that women NEVER want advice from men unless they specifically ask for your advice. They want you to LISTEN and that is all. You literally have to sit there and nod, ask a follow up question, sympathize with her, rub her back and be done with it. When a person says, What do you want me to say, what they really mean is, You're either not understanding me or not listening to me so what can I say to end this conversation because you are annoying me and dragging it out? Maybe she doesn't want your advice. Maybe she doesn't like it when you ask too many questions. Maybe you're trying to talk to her when she's busy and it's not the right time. It doesn't matter, I think you should learn to read your wife's body language and take your cues from there. The next time she says that line to you, ask her if she's frustrated and why. Then tell her that you don't want her to say anything and change the topic.
Why do people hate what they don't understand?
Hmmm, I think this is a hair worth splitting. People don’t hate what they just don’t understand. Most people just don’t understand how radio really works or how a cloud can just sit there floating in the air so light and fluffy and then at some point drop hundreds of swimming pools worth of water.People hate what they don’t understand when they are subject to whatever it is. It becomes personal. It affects your life and it destroys your education and logic. In the end, it makes you feel helpless, weak and subordinate to something that is arbitrary or beyond your grasp, and that is the kind of discomfort that can truly break a person.Why? Because if the structure of what one knows to be true falls apart then everything is up for grabs and if everything is up for grabs, things that were once thought unspeakable become options. I can think of a few unspeakable things and their manifestation would make the world a worse place for just about everyone.In order to steer clear of this path, we like to understand things or - at least understand the things that affect our lives.
