What do you think of my drawing?
I like it, very minimalistic and I like how the hair blends into the background the kanji are a nice touch too even though I have no idea what they say lol. I used to draw on Microsoft paint a lot mostly anime stuff like dbz and some video game stuff. It wasn't the best drawing program but it got the job done ah the good old days. If I still had my laptop i'd show you one of my drawings.
What do you think while drawing?
When drawing, I’m usually only concentrated on the creative process itself. My mind wanders from imaginary talks to my heros of comic book creation to the music I listen to. Drawing is for me a process to switch off (or temper) my normal stream of thought. I can draw something, look up and be surprised that an half hour has passed without me have any realization of the time passing.When I’m not in this mood, the drawing usually is not very good. Lines loose their expressiveness, become dull, hastened.It costs energy to be this concentrated. Usually at the end of a drawing session I get very hungry.
