How far do you have to repark your car after time limit has been exceeded to avoid a ticket?

So my question is, when someone parks on a street where it says 2 hours only, I often hear people "moving" their car in order to avoid a ticket.
Being a novice driver, I wanted to know how far do you have to move? to another street? Just 10 meters? Or perhaps you actually have to leave?

Perhaps the first step to answering this question is What do cops use in order to track cars down? Do they give tickets based on memory, do they mark the cars or do they write down licence plates? If it is license plates, then anywhere you part in that vicinity will be illegal. So what's the point of moving?

But not being allowed to park in the same area twice in the same day is also stupid.

So to make long story short, can you move your car to avoid a ticket? and if yes how far do you have to relocate?

Do Limit Orders Work After-Market?

With most brokers, daytime orders are separate from afterhours orders. You would have to place a new afterhours order each day after the market closes. Otherwise, it would try to execute when the market opens.

If you place a limit order at $X, you're asking for $X or better. If you place a stop order, you're asking for $X or worse. Based on your example, you're talking about a stop order, not a limit.

There might be some brokers who offer continuous, or around-the-clock orders. The problem with afterhours trading is that even if it hits your price, there might not be enough shares available to fill your order. If it's an AON (all or none) order, then your order will only execute if there are enough shares.

If it's not an AON order, you'll get partial fills. But your broker will charge a full commission each night, even if you only got 1 share.

The main thing that I want to warn you about is pick a job/career that will allow you to place lots of money in a bank account that grows into a huge collection of dollars. You actually could prepare yourself to work in THEATRE by learning related elements like SET DESIGN and BUILDING. DIRECTING. SCRIPT WRITER. ACTOR. WARDROBE. THEATRE MANAGEMENT. That is the one I would select. Theatre manager where you could take classes in Theatre, Management, Marketing, Publicity, Accounting, Bookkeeping, and every class that will give your ammunition to enter this career and get hired because of your APTITUDE for the job. And your EDUCATION for the job. You already have an aptitude for this as a career so just continue by taking all the classes in the BUSINESS end of Theatre and get your degree in this and maybe a MASTERS. Then you will be armed to the teeth to enter this field and succeed. All the subject matter that you have listed in your "QUESTION" will be utilized in this career. Follow your aptitude ---is super important. Your have an aptitude for this. If you want to steer your ship toward MUSEUM CURATOR or OBSERVATORY MANAGEMENT you could use your aptitude also. You could also direct your career toward ART MUSEUM or ART GALLERY. You will find several more areas that might entertain you for a life long career. Go to a college (or several colleges) and find out what they have along the lines of your APTITUDE. Talk to a college counselor. You could start with a TWO YEAR college and transfer to a FOUR YEAR to get your BA Degree. HISTORY could work in teaching but maybe you could work on a career in a MUSEUM CURATOR job that deals in HISTORY. History is every where so just learn history as an every day hobby. You will be surprised how you will be able to call upon your love of history later on in your career job. But find that CAREER JOB and then give it lots of padding with the other attributes that you will use in that career.

What is the age limit on a music career? Can you be successful in the music industry after 30?

Suppose you just started in the music industry and you weren't a teen but in your upper thirties or forties. Do you think the person could be successful. Even with many older talented people in their upper thrities, forties, and so on we see that the industry is geared more towards the youth and younger generations. And if the looks are have or fading do you think the person can be successful. I am talking about someone with real musical talent. Do you think the audiences will be prejudices of age, and beauty instead of talent. We see this a lot when it comes to heavier singers coming into the industry. They are pick over and really struggle to keep their music career alive when they have great talent where with a thinner framed artist with not a lot of talent last a long time. It's in the marketing of course. Do you think the music industry discrimates against those who are older from those who are younger?

Canon Camera stops recording after 4GB limit how do i make it rerecord after that limit?

Normally that's due to sensor heat. With all those billions of electrons flowing through the sensor that creates enough heat to damage the sensor and other internal parts... safety so you won't destroy your camera.

Until the sensor and other parts cool off it won't record.

A camcorder, for some reason, doesn't have that problem. It you want long video rolls that's the way to go with camcorder.
