What do you do when you are bored?

My sister was being a brat to me yesterday so today when she left for work, I got bored so I decided to leave a little mission for her…I hid her laptop.I wrote a riddle.I planned it out.And now I'm going to leave to go somewhere and she will come home with no one here and her laptop nowhere in sight.But I left clues. I play with some rules:I taped that on her wall behind her bed.With a Harry potter book standing upright against her wall right under the paper.If she's smart enough, she should make this connection:And if she follows it she should find herself…In front of her drawer chest.And if she can put two and two together and remember how she took my underwear:Her laptop will be in her underwear drawer. buried underneath them.Honestly, I'll be disappointed if she can't crack my “riddle”.Like come on…16 years of sharing a room with me and you still don't know me this well?…………………………………………………………………I came home to find her having just returned from work.“Seriously how bored were you to do all this?”“So you didn't solve it?”“No…and what's with the Harry Potter book?”“It's a riddle…figure it out!”“No. This is a dumb riddle. Just give me my laptop back”“No. I know you can figure it out. You're just being lazy.”She went to my bed and laid down on it, spread eagled.She knows it pisses me off whenever she does that.“I'm not getting off till you give me my laptop back.”She's still laying there.I guess me and her are gonna get into another argument which will result in me dragging her off my bed.………………………………………………..OK she figured it out.After some encouragement.Sisters think alike?I guess.

What do you do when you are bored and have nothing to do throughout the day?

Just relax and don’t let the boredom bother you.Then see if any part of your body hurts and if not, be thankful for it.Then remember that you need to feed your body and brain some stimulus to start the pleasure/reward system responses going again. You are a machine that needs some material to process, and then you get a reward (happiness, satisfaction, pleasure, excitement) if you manage to work on that material. When bored, your brain has been fed too much of certain type of material and activity. Try something else. And just chill if you don’t find something exciting right now. Opportunities are not the same each day.And you must have something you are used to doing that you feel cozy happy with? If not then find this.Going out in new situations with new people also brings unexpected stimulus into your life. Sometimes it can bring some crappy things, but at least you are moving forward. One thing leads to another, but you need to take those steps until you find something.
