Should I cover my new chinchillas cage?
The cats are scaring the beejebus out of him. Five cats is a LOT for a new chin in a new household to adjust to in a short period of time, especially if he came from a home that did not have predatory animals around before. I would not cover his cage. He could easily overheat without the proper airflow to keep him cool. Another problem is he may be able to pull that sheet in and chew it which could cause problems in his gut. Lastly, he may just get more stressed out, as you suggested, not being able to see anything. Instead, you need to move him to a room where the cats cannot get to him. Shut the door if you have to (just make sure that the room stays 70 degrees or below) but get him away from the cats and the cats away from him. Regardless of whether they are ignoring him, trust me, he knows they are there. Play a radio for him or some type of white noise, maybe a fan pointed at the floor, a sound machine, something like that. Let it distract him so he's not so panicked by the predators walking around. Chins have been known to scare themselves into heart failure, and you obviously don't want that to happen. Does he have a wooden house to hide in? If he doesn't you might consider getting him one. It can help a lot with him feeling secure. Is his cage up off the ground? If not, again, that is a security issue. Chins feel safer up higher. Get his cage up on a table so he doesn't feel so vulnerable. You can also try giving him a cuddle buddy to hang out. It might make him more secure. You can make one yourself out of fleece, stuffed with fleece, or you can check out the baby section at the store. You would need one with no buttons, no plastic things to chew, no loose threads (loops), no bows. Just a flat cotton type material. If he feels more secure, he'll stop barking. some dogs do. Similar to humans, dogs have a variety of personalities. My dog loves being wrapped up in a blanket. He was wrapped in blanket after being bathed when he was a puppy, so he still enjoys it. Should i cover my tattoo in the rain?
ok so i just got my 3rd tattoo saturday feb.20th, 2010 and its my first colored one and its on my inner forearm and its raining out today..when i got my other too it was over the summer so it wasn't raining at all so i just need to know if i should cover it or not PLEASE AND THANK YOU!!!

I just got a tattoo on my hip on sunday, I wanted to go tanning on thursday and friday this week but i don't want to ruin my new ink..will it be ok if I cover it over with like a black cloth or something? or will it still ruin it?
How many nights should I cover a new tattoo?
First off...never use bacitracin like the other girl said. It draws out color. Use only a & d ointment or non scented lotion. And you can cover your tattoo at night with saran wrap as long as it is clean and moisturized first. My boyfriend covers his like that at night when he gets a new one so that the lint off the sheets doesnt get on it and it doesnt leave color on the sheets.. but only for the first few nights. And I am sure that it is ok for him to do this as he is a tattoo artist and knows how to care for them properly.
What do you think of Taylor Swift's new cover of "American Girl" by Tom Petty?
I'm not a fan of Swift at all, but I must say that her cover of Tom Petty's "American Girl" is not nearly as bad as I thought it would be...in fact, I'd honestly say that Mariah Carey's cover of the classic rock song "Without You" (originally by Badfinger) was a lot worse! But, really--Swift's cover of "American Girl" really wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be! EDIT: I just want to make it clear that her cover is still nothing compared to the original by Tom Petty though!

A few thoughts:It needs to be much, much shorter. In fact, you don't need much of a cover letter at all.I thought the repeated mentioning of hypothesis testing was weird. Data scientists do a lot more than that.You need that one page resume highlighting your achievements first.
