What Do You Think About That Behaviour

What do you think of human behaviour?

It's quite complicated as the behaviour of all the humans isn't the same. But, I'll try to point out an interesting thing about most of the humans.I'll try to put in a student frame of view.Suppose consider a situation where two students have given NEET( medical entrance exam in India) and are waiting for the counseling and allotment in a college. Both of them only hope for a medical seat irrespective of the college that they get as neither of them has given the exam well.1.A student gets allotted in the first counseling in a college.2.Another student does not get allotted until the final round of counseling. Now, the student who gets allotted in the first counseling, he always hopes to get into a better college in the next counseling although his initial wish was to just get a seat in any of the colleges. He cannot even be happy for himself for achieving his goal.Consider the second student who is allotted in the last phase of counseling, his reaction is entirely opposite. He is very much satisfied with what he has achieved. Most of the people in today's generation are of the type as student 1. In search of something better.Always. They never try to appreciate the value of what they are blessed with.

What do you think about the behaviour of the Greeks on the FYROM name issue?

The ancient land of Macedonia was populated by Hellenes a Hellenic speaking people. Even today Greek people refer to themselves as Hellenes or Ellenes and their country is Ellas the H is silent. The region of Macedonia exists today. The Southern part is now a Greek province whereas the northern part after the break up of Jugoslavia is an independent country which would very much like to have access to the sea. If Greece recognized the name of this former Juogoslav area as Macedonia in the blink of an eye claim would be made on Greek territory bearing the name Macedonia. Therefore the Greek behavior is not surprising at all. Sorry but Greeks are in absolutely no position to compromise on the name issue.

What do you think of IITians in regards to their behaviour?

Being an IITian I can assure you that IITians are same as the students from other Universities.Behavior is something not taught at IITs. It comes from self-learning or from the environment a person belongs. A person may have cracked the most difficult examination that doesn’t mean that his behavior has also changed. Behavior will remain the same.IITs have a mixed population and you can find all types of students here. Some are nice while others are arrogant. In the end, it will only depend on the person and we cannot generalize the behaviour of IITians. An IIT student is not different from others

What do you think about the behaviour of Apollo 11 astronauts during the official press conference?

It’s obvious that none of them was particularly good at giving a presentation or an interview, at least when compared to people who make their living being in front of a camera today. With that said, from a PR perspective, Aldrin had his act together better than Collins or Armstrong.Armstrong is clearly the most intelligent of the bunch. He’s busy thinking of exactly how he’s going to formulate his words to precisely articulate what he intends to say. He even makes a couple attempts at jokes which don’t go over too well. He’s way too intelligent to properly connect to the audience.Collins was kind of just “there.” Between Armstrong being the famous one who got a pass simply because he was the first man on the moon, and Aldrin being much, much better than the others at press conferences, Collins faded into the background.Compared to the other two, Aldrin was a class act. He was clearly more comfortable than either Armstrong or Collins. However, I’d still guess that none of them particularly wanted to be there. Take a group of extremely gifted, intelligent, capable, smart men who landed on the moon a couple months ago, and throw them in front of a group of reporters who haven’t a clue, and it’s incredibly likely that they will balk. The likelihood of them balking goes down with proper preparation.Nowadays, you can just find a youtube video on how to present yourself during an interview, and you will be better prepared than the astronauts who went into the interview with the attitude that they were there to convey information — no more, no less. Here’s a similar example: If you watch the movie Apollo 13, and compare Tom Hanks’ portrayal of Jim Lovell to recordings of the real guy, you’ll see the difference between acting and real life. Acting is too good. You get scripts, and multiple takes to get things right. In real life, things are happening and you respond to them in real time. Especially if someone is incredibly cerebral (Neil Armstrong), he will not come across as smoothly as an actor, or someone who’s used to having TV cameras poked at his face every day.

Describe some examples of what you think is evil behaviour.?

Evil behavior is anything a person finds immoral. The society I live in finds murder evil while in others its ok.

Some examples for me would be stealing, selfishness, greed, and just basically anything against Father.

Human behavior: What do you think is a fundamental human weakness?

Intolerance: Most of us can not accept someone's view or belief if those aren't the one we believe as right. If you are from India, then you must have seen the reports about lynching of a man by angry mobs because the former was suspected of eating beef in his house. I know cow is a sacred animal in hinduism but taking a human life in revenge for a cow's life can never be justified. This incident has now become a greater political incident and every party is out there in search of strengthening his vote bank but we have to understand that politicians generally care only for their vote bank, and every time there will be an incident like this, they will come and do the same thing but will never try to stop these things beforehand. Only we can prevent these things to happen. This is not the only case, there was another incident in which a father killed her 6 year old daughter for not covering her head. How can someone love his beliefs more than his daughter and can kill his daughter for just like that. In the case of lynching, one can blame political parties but who is here to blame. Who can one possibly blame if a father himself is killing his daughter. We have to always remember one thing that Guns almost always outlive their owners So if we can't learn how to tolerate religious and cultural difference of views between different people then we can not survive. If one start killing someone every time he encounter someone with a slight difference of views then that day will not take long to come when all that is left on the earth is Graves and more Graves.

What most influences your thinking and behavior? Why?

My past experiences are generally the most influential factor for me. I think this works both consciously and subconsciously though. On a conscious level, I tend to compare past experiences when making a decision. For instance, when offered a job about a year ago I turned it down because the person I would be working for had a similar demeanor and attitude to a former supervisor that I hated working for. I just felt that the experience was likely going to be the same and the risk wasn't worth it. On a subconscious level, I look back at my personal beliefs and values and can realize how my past experiences shape how I think about things today. For instance, as a teenager growing up in Arizona had several jobs working with immigrants from Latin America. I knew them well enough to know that their presence in the US was not legal, but I also knew that they left their families in Mexico and Guatemala because the only way they could survive was to work here and send money home. While I know those experiences don't come to mind with every opinion I have politically speaking, I have no doubt that they instilled a certain empathy within me that is reflected in my current opinions and views. When that doesn't work I just use Wikipedia.

What do you think is the RUDEST behavior according to your culture?

Any action that is strictly self-absorbing and offensive - such as foul language, passing gas, belching, any lack of manners or courtesy.

Do you think people’s behaviors affect others?

Absolutely. This is a large part of what the science of psychology is about. Your behaviors not only affect you, they also affect those around you and vice versa. A psychopath walks into a bank and begins shooting people at random. His behavior affects those around him in the ultimate ways. A teenager drives down the highway texting a friend. He is so absorbed in his action that he fails to responsibly operate his vehicle. He crashes and causes a dozen accidents. His behavior affected a lot of people in a bad way.A man gives a thousand dollars to a homeless person with the instruction that someday he is to pass on the kindness to others. The homeless man gets his life on track, becomes wealthy and donates a lot of money to help homeless children. He saves lives because of an individual's behavior one day in the past accompanied by his own.  While these are anecdotal, the behaviors of others influence many subtle aspects of life.Whether you get that job you wanted because your potential boss caught you in an insecure moment when you couldn't meet his/her eyes. Whether the teenager making your sandwich spits in it because you were very rude to him. Altering a routine to take a different path home might get you mugged. Listening to disco at max volume on your boombox in the park gets you punched by an irate pedestrian. And the list goes on and on and on.
