Is Obamacare optional?
Insurance is optional now, in January it will be mandatory. You can blame insurance practices of denying care, and rejecting coverage, and raising rates. If it worked without it, we would not need a mandatory insurance law. You can have a religious exemption, you can claim financial hardship on your tax return but you must be insured or pay the penalty. Here are links from Obamacare site to explain.
What are the problems with Obamacare?
Some of the problems are as follows: People are required to buy health insurance or they will be fined. The IRS will hire over 16,000 people to help enforce this mandate. Obamacare did nothing to reduce the price of health care. In fact, it is going up in cost to pay for the requirement that all children can be on their parent's policy until age 26 and the health insurance cannot deny you if you have a pre-existing condition. There is no requirement to eliminate some of the huge tort costs for medical care. There was nothing done to allow health insurers to compete across state lines to be able to reduce costs. 500 billion dollars will be taken out of medicare to help pay for obamacare. This will be done by reducing tests that doctors order for the elderly and other ways to reduce care for the elderly. The top 10% of the doctors that refer patients to specialists under medicare will have their medicare reimbursement reduced. Obamacare is allowing many unions to opt out of obamacare. There are many, many, many other reasons why obamacare is bad for america, but I think I am out of room.
States leaving the union,wth, please help?
Generally the people that want to stay in the union are on some kind of goverment assistance. That's why according to NBC 75.4 percent of people that voted for Obama are receiving food stamps. The majority of people that are wanting to leave the union are the ones that have the will power to do something with there life. They are also the ones that are paying for all the lazy a@@es that don't want to work. You shouldn't worry about a civil war. You should worry that those people will actually leave the USA. If they do, this country will go completely broke because only the moochers will be left and then we will have riets. Just like what's going on in Europe right now. Who is John Gault?
Are Unions A Special Interest Group?
I thought President Obama promised that special interest groups will no longer be a factor, but President Obama and the Dems are owned by unions, so the government protects the unions. I don't belong to a union, or really know anyone who is. To me, a trade union is a special interest group receiving massive government support. So, are unions a special interest group, or not?

This week Republican Governor Scott Walker jammed through a bill in attempt to bust the unions in Wisconsin and took away collective bargaining rights. The people are vowing to recall Gov.
