Which university in Canada has the best nursing programs?

Hi Mackenzie!

Before I answer this question, I want to tell you that regardless of which Nursing program you go to - you will achieve your end result of becoming a Nurse. This is because Nursing education is fairly standardized in Canada and ALL nurses must pass the CRNE regardless of which University they attend.

Moving along, Ryerson University's School of Nursing is one of the best Nursing schools in Canada. This is because they focus on both the Clinical as well as the Theoretical component of nursing education. You will several Universities that do not take the Clinical component seriously but for Nursing you the best way to learn is to be hands on, not in the classroom. This is why Ryersons Nursing program is good, their students are required to do over 1400 hours of Nursing education.

However, the University of Toronto's Bloomberg School of Nursing and the Dalhousie University's School of Nursing also have great Nursing programs as well. Take a look at the link below to get the full article on the Top Nursing Schools in Canada.

Seneca College for Business Administration- Canada?

An "Ontario College Advanced Diploma" is awarded for college programs that are 3 years in length. An "Ontario College Diploma" is awarded for college programs that are less than 3 years in length.

If you complete an Advanced Diploma with good grades, you can get admission to a participating university and may be eligible for transfer credits up to the third-year of a four year university degree.

For this program at Seneca, I'm pretty sure you'll get one diploma that says "Business Administration - Human Resources". It's best to get in touch with the college, though. You can find their contact info here: http://www.senecac.on.ca/fulltime/BHR.ht...

Good luck!
