What Do You Think Of An Agent Zero Marvel Movie Spinoff

How do I watch every Marvel movies in sequence up to date?

You could watch it in the order they came out but, if you want to watch it in the timeline order then this is a good order:Captain America: The First Avenger; it takes places decades before any of the other movies.Iron Man; The first MCU movie. The Incredible Hulk; takes place after these two movies but, is going on at the same time as Iron Man 2.Iron Man 2; it has a post credit scene of Thor.ThorThe Avengers; after all the heros have had their origin movies.Iron Man 3; makes references to what went on in New York.Thor: The Dark WorldCaptain America: The Winter SoldierGuardians of the GalaxyGuardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2; happens 3 months after the first film.Avengers: Age of UltronAnt-ManCaptain America: Civil War; had to come after Ant-Man was introduced.Doctor StrangeSpider-man: Homecoming; happens just after The events of Civil War, where he was introduced.Thor: RagnarokBlack Panther; happens after Civil War.Avengers: Infinity War; newest movie. That is the timeline order but, again you can watch as they come out.

If every Marvel hero went up against every DC superhero, which side would end up winning and why?

Back in 1996, there was a joint publication between DC and Marvel to answer the exact same question. You can go through the pages for the detailed fights, but I will go through some of my favorites.Flash (DC) vs Quiksilver (Marvel)The Flash is shown considerably faster than Quiksilver, and hence it’s not really a competition!Aquaman (DC) vs Namor (Marvel)As you can see, Aquaman won this one (although not as fairly as you might think).Captain Marvel (DC) vs Thor (Marvel)In a first victory for Marvel, Thor wins this one. But in a plot twist, the hammer ends up with Wonder Woman, who obviously is “worthy” enough to lift it.Tim Drake’s version of Robin (DC) defeats Jubilee (Marvel) with some trickery. Batman did teach him well.Green Lantern (DC) vs Silver Surfer (Marvel)Theoretically, Green Lantern can only be defeated by his imagination (or rather, a lack of it), so when Silver Surfer and Green Lantern collide, the former just does not get up.Meanwhile, Catwoman (DC) isn’t really a match for Elektra (Marvel)Obviously, Wolverine (Marvel) would have conquered almost anyone. The unfortunate one who got the beating was Lobo (DC).Wonder Woman (DC) tries to be fair and refuses to use Thor’s hammer against Storm (Marvel). She’s not able to withstand the lightning. Bad choice about the hammer?Meanwhile Spiderman (Marvel) tricks Superboy (DC) (who even chose Superboy in the first place?) into using his powers against himself. A kid, indeed.Superman (DC), a bit controversially, beats Hulk (Marvel) after using his heat vision at full strength.Batman (DC) saves Captain America (Marvel) from drowning after a long fight (wonder why they were fighting in the sewers!), although you could argue that it was a draw even though Cap admits defeat.A few of these results are controversial. You would expect Hulk to defeat Superman, and Wonder Woman to defeat Storm. Also, what a choice Superboy was! (DC could have chosen Green Arrow, or better yet, Constantine?)Further, it’s questionable why superheroes like Jean Grey or the Martian Manhunter didn’t feature. But as it stands, it’s the only time these guys came together for a fight. Finally, it was Marvel who win 6–5.

What are some separate TV series or movies that exist in the same cinematic universe?

NCIS, NCIS LA and NCIS: New Orleans exist in the same universe.2. The reimagined Hawaii 5–0 has a few crossover episodes with NCIS:LA.3. Battlestar Galactica reimagined series, Caprica and the one off pilot Blood and Chrome.4. The X-Files exists in the same universe as Millenium, but only has one cross over episode in its 7th season.5. Stargate SG-1, Atlantis and Universe, soon to be joined by Origins.6. The Gifted and Legion are connected loosely to The X-Men movies.7. Marvel Cinematic Universe movies which are too many to list. On a related note, the MCU series Agents of SHIELD has a loose connection to Inhumans.8. Star Wars original trilogy, prequel trilogy, sequel trilogy, Rogue One, Solo, The Clone Wars and Rebels plus dozens of books, comics and video games.9. Supergirl, Arrow and Legends of Tomorrow have been so linked that you have to watch episodes from the series you don’t watch to make sense of the crossover episodes!10. Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel11. Babylon 5, Crusade and the pilot only Legend of the Rangers.12. Man of Steel, Batman vs Superman and Wonderwoman.

Why are they called "comic books?" They aren't always (or even often?) funny?

Actually, the first comic books were reprints of Comic Strips, such as Buck Rogers but also including strips like Barney Google and Bringing Up Father.

Until the twenties, editors which were not willing to see continuities in the funny pages. E. C. Segar, who created Popeye, got into a lot of trouble for his insistance on doing just that. Buck Rogers and Tarzan changed all that, and laid the ground work for strips like Secret Agent X-9, Flash Gordon and the Phantom which were heavily influenced by the very popular pulps.

Until the superhero explosion of the sixties Humor books were a very important part of every publisher's line. Not just Archie but Marvel had Millie the Model and I even used to read DC's Bob Hope. Richie Rich, little Dot and Casper the Friendly Ghost were characters every kid knew from TV as well as from the newsstands. And we all used to be out at the newsstands a lot more.

Some of us miss the humor books, but the real reason they are called comic books is because they began as reprints of and spinoffs from the comic strips in the late thirties after the adventure tabu was broken in the newspapers.
