Any time i buy vanilla icecream it always has these like super small little black dots in it. The one i have in the tub in my freezer. Little black dots. Costume ideas using polka dot dress?

I have a black polka dotted dress and I'm thinking of reusing it for halloweeen costume. I was going to be Minnie mouse and buy a red belt and bow but is there any other suggestions of what I can use the dress to dress up as? c:

Black specks in my bechamel (white sauce)?

So I was cooking up a bechamel sauce, which is basically a white sauce where you cook butter and flour together and then add milk and it thickens to a sauce. Now I was making it and after I added the milk before it started thickening, I noticed a bunch of black specks in the sauce. I did not add any seasoning to it so I didn't understand why this happen. So I dumped it, switched pans, and tried again. This time I wiped the pan with a damp towel before using it just to eliminate that of being a cause. Then the same thing happened. Does anyone know why this happened? I was afraid that it was pieces of the pan or something but it couldn't be since I switched pans. Could the cause be my use of margarine instead of butter? I'm pretty sure I didn't burn the rue before. I ended up just finishing the second one and eating it. I'm still nervous what the specks were.
