A vasovagal episode is fainting after doing some sort of activity. An example would be someone with blood pressure problems, on blood pressure medication and standing up very quickly and they have a rapid drop in their blood pressure, thus fainting or having a vasovagal episode. Fainting after seeing a lot of blood can cause this, hyperventilating can cause this, standing up quickly after having a lot of vomiting and diarrhea can cause this. There are many causes but this is just another name for fainting.

So you're power per liter is way down, and your engine performance will reflect that. 3) Stoichiometry is all wrong in what ever fuel management system you're using, be it a simple (ha! simple he says...) carburetor or a soup-to-nuts integrated engine management system. The air–fuel ratio for most gasoline engines is between 12.5:1 to 14.7:1; for methanol powered engines it would need to be between 5:1 to 6:1.You also run into issues like anti-knock changes completely, and a few other esoterics that likely won't matter because if they mattered to you, you'd already know the answer to this question...

Remember that we're living on a very fragile planet that's part of the solar system floating around in the galaxy at 72,000 kmph and that in about 5 billion years from now, the sun will exhaust it's fuel which will be the end of life on earth as we know it! No, I’ve not been to Tom+Chee for a grilled cheese sandwich. I have to admit I had never heard of them until I saw the question.I looked up the menu for the location closest to me (this is almost an hour drive away, but would be in reach if I were ever on that side of town). The prices on Strongsville & Broadview, OH Tom+Chee actually seem quite reasonable in comparison to Melt Menu - Melt Bar and Grilled, where I have eaten.Melt is another TV-famous grilled cheese restaurant that was also founded in Ohio. There is one about 1 mile from me, but I’ve only been there once. When I was there I noticed that the music playlist was rather perplexing. One might hear a Christmas song followed by hip-hop followed by country followed by Motown. I found it rather jarring for the music to jump so randomly from genre to genre or mood to mood and asked the waitress about it. She said that the owner created the playlist and uses the same one at each restaurant. I sensed that the staff found it as annoying as I did.Leaving the music aside, Melt is quite popular, and they have a creative menu, but giant geese sandwiches aren’t really my cup of tea. And they are rather pricey. My happy hour priced serving of mac and cheese was $5 and served in a tiny ramekin. Apparently you can get a full cup at Tom+Chee for $2.99 at any time of day.According to the menus a grilled cheese sandwich at Tom-Chee runs $6.99 and a half sandwich is $3.99. The Flying Pig with Turkey, Gouda and Bacon sounds pretty good. At Melt most of the whole sandwiches are priced from $10 to $15.50 except for the “Kindergarten” (classic bread and cheese only) which is $7. Half of that is $5 but the other half sandwiches range from $7.50 to 11.25.Overall Tom+Chee seems to be a better bargain, but Melt offers more variety and larger sandwiches.I wonder why it is that two grilled cheese restaurants were founded in Ohio. Tom+Chee started out in Cincinnati before branching out, while Melt started in Cleveland.
