What Do You Think Of These Fashion Rules For Women

What are the spoken and unspoken rules of women's fashion?

You can’t go tight and tight. It’s either: tight and loose. Tight, loose, tight. Loose, tight, loose. When it comes to skirts, pencil skirts to be exact, you can’t also wear a tight top. If you do, you have to wear a loose jacket. If you’re wearing a skirt that’s flowy and long, you have to have a tight top, and possibly no jacket. Too much tight makes you look weird. Too much loose also makes you look weird. No horizontal stripes. They make you look fat. Go for vertical if you want stripes.Mom jeans are better than low rise. They’re more comfortable.Looking sexy yet professional is very hard to do. But it’s still possible. If you don’t know what to wear, dress up instead of dressing down.Black is your best friend.Never be entirely monochromatic. Always have a splash of color. Or vise versa.Learn your skin tones and the colors of your body. They’ll help you figure out what color looks best on you.Opposite colors: Red-Green, Blue-Orange, Purple-YellowBright colors make your chest look bigger. For example, if you have a dress that’s black from the waist down, and has a bright, patterned color, it will make your breasts look bigger. If you have small boobs, wear ruffles on your bathing suits.Shoes make the outfit.Everyone dresses the same in an average place. Jeans and tee shirts. Try to be different.Don’t go too dark. Don’t go too light. If you don’t love it in the store, you won’t wear it.Don’t do pattern on pattern. It’s either completely solid, or solid and a pattern.Rompers just don’t look good (my opinion)Wear a good bra.Fitted clothing makes you look slim. Baggy clothes doesn’t look good unless you can make it look good.If you have a short dress, above knee length, wearing heels will make it look shorter.Wear shorts or leggings under your skirt or dress if you’re uncomfortable with it, or if you don’t cross your legs. Skirts and dresses will always be more comfortable than tight pants.Bras can be worn for weeks. Jeans the same thing. Panties-once, shirts-2 to 3 times.Wear the same color panties as your stockings.Don’t look too bulky.Dress for your body type. Not everything looks good on everyone.I’m aware that a lot of these people probably don’t know about, but I care very much about fashion, and most people tell me I’m one of the best dressed in my school.

What are some fashion rules to never break?

Why are women so obsessed with fashion, why do many blame men for their obsession about looks?

I don't understand this, now i know that most women don't accuse men of this and i understand that there are plenty of women out there who are not that into makeup, hair styles and fashion etc (these women are too sexy to speak of). But there seem to be so many women whose lives are run by it.

obviously live and let live applies here, if they are happy doing it then good for them, but why do so many make the statement of

"you're lucky that you're a boy and you don't have to do this,"

doesn't that seem a little self inflicted? If it is a chore then why do any of you do it? I may just speak for myself but i don't like a girl who plasters on makeup, in fact i think most people look better without any. then the constant indecision over a dress and what shoes don't/do go with it, not only do i fail to see why it does or doesn't go but i really don't get why it even matters?

some even go as far as to claim that men make them this way, that we make them obsessed about their looks, but i know this cannot be right because fashion is tied into this and men just don't get fashion, we probably cannot tell a Gucci from a bloomingdale, to us it does not matter if the lingerie you wear is a £200 brand make or a £2 flea market buy if you like it you like it, if it's cheap great, if it fits even better

so i suppose my question here is why do some women blame men for the importance they place on designer labels and their overall appearnce and style?

Why is it ok for women to wear men's clothing...?

To be honest, girl clothes these days are tight, revealing and are frankly uncomfortable. Male clothes are not uncomfortable and are really nice. I really don't care what people say about me wearing boy's clothes, and nobody should. Society is quite judgemental.
