What Do You Think The Fbi Was Doing With This Information

Do you think anything will come from the week-long FBI investigation of Ford’s claims?

Given enough time, the FBI could probably get to the truth of the matter, but a week simply isn't enough time to accomplish anything worthwhile. At best, agents might be able to interview some of the witnesses who have already identified themselves, but they will not have time to do any follow-up investigations or verify their statements. In his testimony to the Senate Judiciary Committee, Judge Kavanaugh stressed that he had undergone several background investigations, and they failed to turn up derogatory information from his high school years. However, it is highly unlikely that those investigations dug into his conduct during his teen years. Here is a quote from Federal Judicial Nominations: 9 Steps from Vacancy to Confirmation - Center for American Progress that briefly describes the scope of background investigations for federal judges:"A background investigation by the FBI called a “BI,” which includes information such as the candidate’s criminal history, employment verification, and tax compliance, but also professional reputation interviews." [emphasis added]In other words, those previous investigations didn't really get to the heart of the matter, and the investigation just ordered by the president will lack sufficient depth. It will amount to a band-aid that will let the Republicans in the Senate say they have the issue covered and will allow them to justify voting to confirm.

Can Someone trace my IP address, or get my information from Yahoo Answers/Yahoo Mail?

If I am posting potentially personal, intimate, or 'illegal' information on yahoo answers, or through Yahoo Mail. can someone (like authority figure) trace my IP and get my information? I know you can see the IPs on the 'headers' of the mail, but is that enough for police and the FBI?

(No I am not doing anything illegal, just wondering as unauthorized users have been on my computer)

How can I find out if the FBI is watching me?

Oh, we ARE…..Seriously, you may know, as the FBI will be overt and may even tell you or make it obviouslHowever, if they don’t want you to know, then they are pretty good at being covert.  The movies where there is someone following you or the strange man sitting in his government looking vehicle is just that movies. (Again unless they want you to know)With long range cameras, small and very concealable microphones, cameras and other ways, they are pretty good at hiding it if they want too.Now with that being said, the FBI is a large force but is responsible for over 380 million citizens and countless foreign nationals, so unless you are smuggling in nukes or planning a large attack, you are probably not on their radar.

Would FBI commenced investigation to find out the suspect who deliberately leaked private information of China victims on the Twitter?

There actually aren't any laws protecting people from having other people release details about you. Privacy laws restrict the governments ability to do this, but not individuals or companies.Unless we can invoke HIPPA, which covers medical data, Americans have no protections except the privacy policy a company voluntarily offers. And these weren't Americans. So I'm not sure why you think the Federal level American law enforcement agency would be involved.

How can I know for sure if I am being investigated by the FBI?

If you *are* being investigated, you won't know. If you once *were* investigated you can file a request and find out. Don't expect a speedy response in the second case.In the first case, the FBI is renowned for being able to be very very stealthy in its investigation techniques. When the blue jackets show up, it's already pretty much over for you. I'm sure more people think they are being investigated by the FBI than actually are. It should also be noted that you may be mentioned in an investigation as a known associate of the primary suspect being investigated, but the FBI doesn't generally waste time on people who might seem suspicious to you and I. They have limited resources and FBI investigations are expensive. The FBI will want to know if, as an associate of a suspect, you are 'read into a conspiracy' to break the law. So you might even know some radical jihadists at your local mosque, but unless you're going to their (bugged) house and they tell you what they're planning and ask you to keep quiet about it, you're not likely to be investigated. IE even if it's a member of your family. The FBI are very specific and meticulous about whom they investigate. They hate losing cases. The average FBI investigation lasts about 18 months, and obviously it would be pertaining to a violation of Federal law. Also recall that the DEA and BATF are also Federal investigators, so if you're a drug trafficker or a gun smuggler, you'll probably encounter those guys.

What do you think the FBI investigation of Judge Kavanaugh says?

Significant additional damaging information about Ford and her credibility. Less additional information, and less significant additional information, about Kavanaugh.

Does your fingerprints show up on an FBI background check if you were never arrested?

If your seeking employment and that employer uses the FBI background check to check your background will a expunged misdemeanor show up if your prints were never taken, never arrested just issued a citation, charged, and the charge was dismissed and expunged.

With the recent release of documents on the JFK assassination, what do you think the FBI and CIA are so eager to keep as redacted information?

because alot of those files could (and probably do) show that oswald was exactly what he said he was “a patsy” and that the cia and fbi were the ones who hired the assassins to kill kennedy. it is no coincidence that kennedy threatened to tear the cia and fbi to shreads and scatter them to the winds and not too long after he suddenly is murdered. follow the money…who stood to make tons of money (johnson, the cia, and several joint chiefs) because with kennedy out of the way johnson involved the us in vietnam and bell helicoptor suddenly won massive government contracts for the huey (developed for use in south east asia), colt firearms got massive contracts for the unreliable m16 using 5.56 ammunition despite the prototypes that were tested that worked beautifully were chambered in 7.62, jeep won a large government contract for more jeeps for the armed forces, mcdonald douglas and other aircraft manufacturers gained government contracts as a result of kennedy’s death, the cia reopened the cuba exiles training camps hoping for a second chance at a reinvasion of cuba
