The premise in the question clearly states that some women do incite men to hit them so they can claim custody of the kids, get the house and alimony and have a restraining order against the man so she never sees him - The premise also states (correctly) that inciting someone to violence is a crime Youa re sidestepping the issue by changing the premise.

God knows that looking can lead to action and he knows it makes distance between a man and his wife. If you have a problem with pornography like you have stated, you can get help. My husband has a sexual addiction and has been struggling with this for years. The only reason I am still here is by the grace of God. I love him and he has been making the effort to keep things away from his eyes that may trip him up. It's like any addiction, it can ruin your life. It's a relationship killer. I get it.
