What does stickied mean?
That applies to important threads or administrative messages. The older topics usually move "down" and people can't see them unless they click to go to older pages. By making a thread "sticky," it stays at the top and doesn't move down, so everyone notices it. Example: The moderator stickied the notice about spamming. It will stay at the top until the mod "unstickies" it.

How Do I become a Runescape Moderator?
I've Read many articles but they were mostly really general. I had offences when I was 10 years old ( 4 years ago & not by me but I had really easy passwords ) to the point that I was permanently muted until the new expiration of offences update came out. --> Will this Affect my chances of becoming a mod? <-- I have other accounts with offenses. --> Will this Affect my chances of becoming a mod? <-- I played private servers. --> Will they find out and Will this affect my chances of becoming a mod? <-- Someone stole my account but I got it back (and they changed my name ... GAY). --> Will this affect my chances of becoming a mod? <-- I mean I know in general those are bad things to have but they were so old. Will they never forget or will they because I want to be a mod. They don't seriously tell me how to become a mod in the knowledge base. I know many secrets about mods that I found out way before they were released like the forums, the mod room (by talking to the lumbridge guide) and some other stuff but I don't know how to get noticed. All the mods ignore me so I can't make friends with them to get recommended. So what do I do..? Make a new IP, new account? I just find it a huge conspiracy how people get chosen because I know I could be a good mod but they just don't notice me at all. I don't blame them, there's 135 million accounts but there must be some methods. ** All my offences were not from me but they didn't believe me especially since sometimes when I had friends over and I left my account on they swore though I never game they my password (just when I went to the bathroom or something...). ** So anyways this might be long but I hope I get legit answers instead of irrelevant answers like "runskap is guy" or "go ply w.o.w. is rally chep ans nut adectif" or " u is fuggit". Runescape Forum Ban...?
I was recently kicked off the Runescape Member Forums for getting into an argument with a moderator. I received a message from Jagex saying that I wouldn't be penalized for this. However, when I try to log on to the forums I see this: You are banned Your user account ************ has been temporarily banned from the Forums for breaking the forum rules. I'm confused. Does this mean that I'm banned forever or that my ban is temporary? I'm only asking on this site because my Runescape Forum ban prevents me from finding out from Jagex if this is the case...
How to get unbanned from a forum?
Hello. I joined a forum, and at first everyone was nice. But then they didn't agree with my questions, and then they called me immature, and when I got mad they said they were adults, and that they are helping me. Bottom line, thought some people were mean, some weren't and I really want to get back in, They banned my account, I made another and it said it was a duplicate of my other and was also banned. I think they banned all from my IP address, so if I am using my internet then it won't work. Now, I don't want to log back into my other account, but just be able to make a new account and start over. And I can't say sorry because if I am not logged int here is no way to contact anyone. So, I just need to make a new account, and just start over. Please help! P.S. I can't go to like a friends house and use their internet or anything like that. Thanks! ;)
