Do men look up to any female role models? If so, who are they and why do you admire them?
It is difficult. Not to imply that a female is not or cannot be capable of being truly inspiring, but in our times, the journey of many, perhaps most female icons are very weakly relatable, except maybe to other females. To me, succesful women are impressive personalities, but not role models.The difficulty, really, is that narratives about female achievers in most fields focus mainly on them being female. There is no denying the fact that women who have made it big in traditionally male-dominated fields and businesses have had to struggle in very specific ways that makes their stories truly incredible, but those challenges do not apply to most men (who, instead, face very different challenges). When I am told Marissa Mayer has done wonderous things as a woman, it closes out the role model window for me, just as it closes when someone says X male has done wonderous things, despite being Black/Jewish. I am neither Black, nor Jewish, nor female, and while I know there could be plenty of inspiring things about any public figure from a traditionally underprivileged group, the stories about most such achievers are constructed only with those groups (young girls and girls's parents in the case of successful women) in mind, not people like me. I am not their target audience. Really, we still do not have many fields were men and women compete as strict equals. In this biased playing field, the achievements of women are so single-mindedly presented from the 'woman' angle that it masks the objective merit of their achievements. Men, not being subjected to discrimination in similar terms, despite sympathizing with the situation, cannot simply place themselves in the shoes of a "woman in a man's world", e.g., and see her as a role model. Speaking for myself, I don't have any female role models, but it is not through lack of trying. I was forced to go anonymous with this answer, fearing an unreasonable backlash, but at least I have been honest with my views.

Means you are basically friendzoned. Shortly, it means that she likes you a lot and cant call you a friend cuz she values you more than that whereas she doesnt love you either so she combines the ‘brother’ with the common sentence ‘i love you’. So that you wont have a hope to be with her.

A good role model is somebody who is successfully doing with their life exactly what you would like to do with your life. That being said, there are certain characteristics common among good role models. A good role model is patient, but passionate. A good role model only speaks when necessary and only acts when possible. A good role model listens more than they lecture. A good role model does not allow themselves to be deluded by their self. A good role model does not identify themselves as such. All that being said... The most important thing to be a good role model is not to lead people to follow your path. No, the most important thing about a good role model is that they will lead people to question their own paths, and that of the role model, to arrive at the best path for themselves. A good role model, in short, will inspire behavior in others such that said others will become good role models themselves on their own paths through life.
