Answering as a girl who has only recently found guys "hot", so I may be pretty (but hopefully not) biased.Edit: By "recently found guys hot," I mean that I've been attracted to to men but never truly found a guy hot until recently. Not sure what changed.I think that it's conclusively the same as when a guy says a girl is hot. "He's hot" = "I want to bang him". But the difference lies in getting to that conclusion.- Guys find a girl hot because her physical body is sexy, and she looks like a "freak in the streets" and (thus probably) "freak in the sheets". -- There is a Q&A on this (What is the best way to describe to a female the difference between a hot girl and a pretty girl?)- Girls can find a guy hot for more than just the physical body but the aura emanating from him. The physical body is a (somewhat) big component, but I think it carries less weight for a girl than for a guy. Sure, washboard abs could help the case, but there are a variety of factors. She may leverage in how he carries himself, talks, dresses, and perhaps hobbies, skills, profession. And this leads to a much greater variance in what girls find hot. In other words, there is a less "standard" view of what's hot in a guy as probably a boy's view of a girl. - This next point is still speculative in my head at the moment, but I'll say it anyways. Guys are visual creatures in bed. Girls are not as. When a girl says a guy is hot (and truly means it), she probably imagines that he can work her body the way she likes it. And to tie in these last two bullet points together, all those factors mentioned above gives a girl some idea of how a guy works it in bed.A girl with an hourglass body, "She's hot," says the guy. A guy with waterboard abs, "He's hot," says the girl and if the guy looks like a hot douche, "Repulsive," thinks the girl.
