What does EN mean on yugioh cards?
All the EN means is English Edition, but it's mainly on the newer cards, not the packs like LOB, MRD etc. Well, I don't buy the Japanese packs but I'm guessing it would be Japanese Edition. There's nothing to worry about just make sure the the cards are real, and it's all good! Hope this helps!

What does it mean if your Yu-Gi-Oh card has X000 attack and defence?
This means it is a variable times 1000. For instance, if the card’s effect says that x would be equal to the number of monsters in your graveyard, and you have 4 monsters in your graveyard, it’s attack and defense would be 4000. Usually the X is determined by the card’s effect, though not always directly. Sometimes it will say the attack and defense are equal to something, such as monsters in the graveyard, but it will only say “The number of monsters in the graveyard x 1000”.

What does LOB stand for in Yugioh and why is it so expensive for The cards of which it has it printed on it?
Hi, LOB stands for Legend of Blue-Eyes White Dragon, which is the name of a booster pack set. Each card comes from a certain set, and it is distinguished by that code. Another example would be Magic Ruler, which is MRL. The cards are so expensive because it was the first ever booster pack released in the US, so it contains all of the original cards. Older cards are worth much more than newer cards. The LOB set is no longer in print.
