My son was fired for abandoning his post when he reported to his boss that he was violently throwing up?
He was violently throwing up and having diarrhea, worked as a guard at a security gate and the closest PortAPotty was 1/4 mile down the road. After 2 hours, he was so weak that he phoned me to come get him. They said it was abandoning his post, but his boss got him no replacement. We had to go back that night to get his car. I know there are Labor Laws for a medical emergency. He should not have been fired. He worked at a chemical plant. Please lend some information about where we could go with this. thanks.
Buying our first home with a USDA loan?
My fiance has a credit score of 633, and mine is 654. My real estate agent has said that these scores are fine and that we will be approved for a USDA loan, he said these are 100% finaced loans. However, I believe he pushed aside the fact that my fiance has collections that have yet to be paid. About 1200, give or take. While he says our scores, income, and car debt are all okay and we'll still be approved, could his collections from a few years back cause us not to get a loan? We don't know if we should take our so called emergency money and pay off the collections, or have faith in our real estate agent and ignore the collections at this point in time. The money we have saved that we would be using would be the money we planned on using for our new home, inspection, appraisel, and anything else involved. This is very important because we feel like we finally just found the house. I would hate to lose it because of this. Thanks for the help!
Breeder got suspended by AKC for 10 years??? read plz?
http://www.petshoppuppies.com/report.asp... I just found that, and that is where we got our puppies yesterday. Why would someone get suspended for 10 years with the AKC? He is now with the CKC. He has been doing this for over 25 years out of his own home.. he runs a kennel. He has A LOT of breeders probably 12-20. Mostly small dogs.. and like 10 of each sex. But its clean and really well kept. Thanks.
What kind of diet are humans meant to eat?
I have read a lot of confusing information lately. Some say that humans are meant to be vegetarians. Others say that humans are meant to be meat eaters. I have also read from several reputable sources that diets which follow the USDA food guide pyramid will cause disease. Specifically diets which are high in grains and fiber can cause intestinal problems and obesity among others things. I've even read about how some believe the USDA food guide pyramid is a "conspiracy" to promote the agricultural business and drug companies (specifically to dispense medications when our diet makes us sick). We already know it to be true that a diet which is too high in carbohydrates will cause obesity. I've read stories about how some societies have been predominantly meat eaters and had very low rates of disease. Some people want to say that eating grains, fiber, fruits, and vegetables will make you live longer. I believe modern medicine is what has kept us alive longer, not our diets. Human life expectancy is 25-30 years longer than what it was a century ago. I want to know once and for all, what are humans meant to eat, really?
