What Does Never Break The Chain Mean

"Pisces breaks the chains of destiny." What does this mean?

Also a Pisces and loath to be put in a box, so Fate, Destiny and "All That Others Must Do" brings out the rebel in me.

"Breaking the chains of Destiny" means to me that I am not a sheep and no matter what the stars (Astrology), Fate or Destiny says, it is through my own actions and experience that I will understand and create who I am as an individual!

We are all unique and although everything may have been created before, because of our own individual experiences, our own individual choices can change break the mold of those who have gone before us.

Listen to your heart and let it guide you to unleash the unique gifts that you have within, in that way, you will break the chains of Destiny.

Wishing you strength and courage to BE who you truly are!

This is a song about breakups..(the band had 2 married couples that divorced during or around the time of the making of the Rumours album) Never break the chain means - breaking the relationship up literally and the bond of a band as symbolized by "the Chain" imo.

Why does a proline break an alpha helix?

Proline has an unusual shape for an amino acid because its R-group folds back on itself to form a ring with the amino group of the backbone. That changes the bonding angle of the polypeptide chain and causes a kink. Alpha helixes are held together by hydrogen bonds between the amino- and carboxy- groups of the backbone. The kink caused by the R-group ring prevents the proline’s amino group from participating in the usual H-bonding.HOPE compared to PolyPhen, SIFT and manual analysis

What does insubordination and breaking the chain of command mean in the workplace?

Thank you for the A2A.I’ll start by saying I’m only familiar with businesses in the United States — having owned my own as well as being a contractor …. AND having spent decades in the workforce. If you were written up, I’m guessing it was your Manager and not the President who did so, and I’m going to assume (for the sake of this answer) that you were not fired. If either of these IS an issue, I’d probably need to more information to assist (which I am really not trained well enough to suggest anything other than seeking out a labor professional). However, if your Manager wrote you up for being insubordinate and breaking the chain of command, it basically means you didn’t do what you were told (insubordination) and went “above your supervisor” to get an answer, where (preferably) written procedures exist for other means of communication. So, if your Manager wrote you up after you approached the President, but you were not let go, it tends to (potentially) be accurate that you were subject to “undue” harassment (or however the President chose to address it).If, after speaking to the President, your Manager wrote you up and the President signed (or ‘ok’d’) it, it almost sounds as if you were setup to fail. However, nothing is ever clear enough to make assumptions without facts or information. If you were asked to do something illegal and you refused, or you were asked to jeopardize your own PROFESSIONAL (not personal) convictions and you refused, there’s nothing to be ashamed of, especially when applying for your next position. When you are asked on an application why you left, you can state (as long as it’s accurate), “I was charged with insubordination when (for instance) I refused to change vital information regarding the true addressee of internal communication).OR WHATEVER …..Don’t apologize for doing anything you felt was RIGHT.But, if you were told not to go somewhere and you went anyway and THEN complained to the President ….. I can’t help, because I might have fired you, too (depending on the situation).

How do we break free from the chains that bind us to our past?

Everyone has a past, the key to breaking free from the past is to become comfortable with the now and look forward to the future. One step in doing this, is to forgive people who have wronged you in the past and even more importantly, forgive yourself as well. When you forgive others, you are not setting them free from what they did to wrong you, you are setting your self free from the bonds of hate and insecurity they may have caused you. Learn to love yourself and the person you strive to be. Taking the time to do for yourself and directly contributing to your own future will snap the chains of the past with a quickness.  It is okay remember the past and in some cases, you may be triggered by something which reminds you of your unpleasant past, but if you can turn those triggered and unpleasant feelings into a motivational tool, you may surprise yourself just how strong you are and how easy it will become to leave the past in your rear view mirror. A major thing to remember and a lesson I am grateful I learned is this, your past and the mistakes you made in the past  DO NOT DEFINE YOU!  The method in which you deal with the past mistakes is what defines you and what shapes you for the future. Keep on keepin' on!
