Haha dont listen to none of the other stupid comments on this page. It's a gang thing. It's called a 'cat scratch'. Where you shave off a piece of your eyebrow to make it look like a cut. Gangs like Crip's and Bloods first started doing it. I dont know specifically but it's something like Crips is 2 lines, Bloods is 3 lines, or whatever. But most people just get it to be 'cool' without knowing what they're doing. Like people throwing up the westside sign. (that is an actual gang sign from the 90's in California) and now peopel do it as a 'fun' thing. Think of it like a pattern to tell apart people. Like poison snakes have bright colored pattern's, and blowfish blow up when they're scared. It's like protection..sort of like to scare someone off. I hope someone get's beat up so they learn to not be stupid. This gang stuff is serious..its not a little game. You mess with the wrong person and he's not gonna think its very 'fun' to have a cut on your eyebrow.
