What Does This With Fingers Gesture

What does the V sign with two fingers over one eye gesture mean?

The sign is made by holding up the index and middle fingers to form a V.The V sign was made famous by WW2 Britain Prime Minister Winston Churchill which he used as sign of victory in war. Researcher Stanley Monteith claims that Winston Churchill learned about the sign from being a Druid since 1908. The V sign can also be done over the eye thus representing a triangle over the eye of Lucifer.According to Codex Magic, the sign can be a sign of Satan, of malediction or the horned pagan god, Pan. It can also represent Vulcan, the ancient god of fire and destruction.Marrs writes:Done in the typical fashion, this sign literally means intercourse by the devil—to be violated sexually by the horned God. The thumb holding down the fingers creates the “vulva,” while the two largest fingers pointed up are the horns of the God (Satan).~ Codex MagicaThe sign can also be taken to represent a chevron, the symbol of “Wrath and Destruction”. American hippies adapted the V for victory in war sign to mean peace. The hand gesture quickly became THE hand sign for peace.Researchers often point out that the sign represents a Roman numeral five, a sign for the “Satanic Law of Fives”. However, the law of Fives appears to be a creation of the Discordian Society. The society’s Pentabarf’ is a reflection of this law.citation: Top Ten Illuminati Signs | Illuminati Rex

What is with the horned finger gesture?

Too many use it and have no idea…or just the wrong one!The two horns are the two aspects of dualism. A system of thought where two things stand in opposition to each other. Also know as the root of conflict. They also represent the amygdala, the seat of control and fear in human beings.A christian would then say that is Satanic. Satan is know as the adversary so that this depicts opposition is clear.

What does the gesture on face using two fingers mean?

The V hand gesture was made famous by Winston Churchill's V for Victory, that is what inspired the hippies in the 1960s in the United States to create the "peace" gesture and that is what influenced many Japanese animators and teenage girls. It has now eveolved into just a random pose, something to do with your hands on camera if you are a teenage girl, most don't know the historical origins, though some might know it means V for Victory or the hippie "peace and love" meaning still used by Ringo Starr.

Where does the gesture of pointing two V-sign fingers first at your own eyes, then at another person to signify "I'm watching you!" come from?

I wasn't able to locate a likely origin for this gesture that Suzanne "Crazy Eyes" Warren popularized in the Netflix Original Series, "Orange is the New Black." The most common hypothesis floating around is that it originated as a military signal that meant "enemy in sight." However I reviewed a lot of military signal images and uncovered no formal signals like this. The correct military signal for Enemy In Sight is pointing the rifle in the enemy's direction. No soldier who stayed alive would have time to do the two-step point to eyes, then point at enemy signal and at the same time be prepared for enemy fire. Actual "Enemy In Sight" signal:Other possibilities include American Sign Language, a 2011 rage cartoon called "I'm Watching You" (most likely is named after the meme, not vice versa). This is Robert De Niro doing it in the Little Fockers: But no doubt De Niro did not invent the signal, he was simply doing an already-popular and understandable gesture. The origin is likely in the US, because the gesture below is listed as the "I'm watching you" and the seventh most-annoying gesture in the UK, according to the Daily Mail:I also searched librarian, teacher and parent gestures but could not find a satisfactory origin. Hopefully somebody else can take it from here.

A girl showed me the little finger gesture. What does this mean?

The only little finger gesture I’m familiar with is the one where the little finger is held up, bent in the middle like an ‘r’ shape. If that’s what she did, it’s meant to imply impotence. I’m other words she’s suggesting questioning your manhood. It means, “limp dick”.

What does the finger gun and peace hand gesture mean?

It really depends on context.
the finger gun either means one of two things.
1. He/She is flirting with you, and using a 'gun' to scope you out OR
2. it is an aggressive gesture that implies that you are a dead man

The peace sign is most possibly derived from WWII. Winston Churchill of Great Britain usually flashed a "V" for Victory, even in the worst times of the war. Since then it has come to be known as the peace sign, possibly because victory for the Allies meant that peace could finally come to the world.
Forward facing means peace.
I've never seen the backwards-facing sign, but I hear in some European countries it is the same as flipping the middle finger in America.
(I am unsure how accurate the backwards facing hand thing is though, because the middle finger appears to be a universal gesture anyway)

How old is the middle finger gesture? When, how, and where did it originate?

Its the finger used (in an attempt) to pleasure a woman .Thats what it often comes with the remark “up yours”Sticking the 2 fingers up , has a medieval origin .Supposedly English archers at Agincourt were hated by the French who threatened to cut the 2 fingers off any captured or dead archers .Normal arrows couldnt regularly pierce a knights armour , so the English Longbow (and Bodkin tip) were considered unfair (because they were effective). And believe it or not , Knights were not supposed to die in battle. Customs of the day demanded they be spared for ransom and treated well , often as guests in the Castle of the baron who captured him .(So killing a knight , was seen in the same light as targeting an British officer in the American war of Independence . So , after raining a hail of arrows down on the French , or retreating , theyd hold their two fingers up in defiance .It also meant , “I still have my fingers “ /You didnt get me “

Are there any obscene gestures apart from the middle finger?

Are there any obscene gestures apart from the middle finger? There are lots - these things vary widely across cultures and locations. One common one in Ireland and the UK (not sure if it extends to other Western countries) is a two-finger version of the middle finger gesture. Same thing (palm inwards, moving the hand upwards), but with the index finger raised as well. It’s basically the “V-for-victory”/”peace” gesture, but backwards.

What is the origin of the f-word and its related middle finger gesture?

Way, way, way, way WAAAAAAAAAAY back in the old days, the word “fuck” was invented as an acronym:FamilyUnderConsent ofKingYou see, way back in the blindly religiously fanatical and unenlightened days of the Middle Ages, during the high water mark of Western feudalism, one had to ask one’s local monarch for permission to be married and to have children. As marriage, children, and sexual contact were all pretty much one and the same back then, along came the aforementioned acronym and its basic modern meaning (that is, to have sex), which at one point or another became a swear word.Yeah, that’s right. I know stuff about stuff.(As for the origin of the associated middle finger gesture, though, you’re on your own there.)
