The synthesis part, the testing part, finding the right doses through preclinical and clinical testings followed by another few sets of clinical trials to know its efficacy and safety... Well, some will say that diseases have been invented for just such a purpose.For example, did you see any adverts on TV about “could it be low T?” Indicating that men who are getting older might have “low T” and get testosterone replacement therapy? Unfortunately I seem to have the problem of nearly every time I poop, I get water splashing back up and hitting me in the butt. For the last year or so, I have been using a method to prevent this, which is basically laying toilet paper in the water beforehand so it breaks the direct impact, thus prevents it from splashing. This is however getting very expensive with all the extra toilet paper being used. I currently share a house with somebody who has hepatitis, and if I ended up not being able to prevent back-splash, what would be the chances that I could catch this, or any other diseases? If I understand correctly, the anus is a direct passage way to the blood, which is why doctors use suppositories on patients, and why people who have tried to smuggle drugs in there have OD'd when the bag busted open. I also knew people who would take diluted drugs that way, but that's a different story. Anyway, my question is, is there is good risk factor to be considered here, especially living in a house with somebody who has Hepatitis?

Well, there’s no way to “cure” OCD. But there is always a chance that you might get much better. I’ve been dealing with OCD since I was 12 years old, I’m almost 24 now. Except from therapy as CBT, the only thing that ever worked for me has been SSRIs.I stopped taking mine to change to Wellbutrin for my depression, but my OCD symtoms came back quite quickly after that. Now I’m combining Wellbutrin with Prozac, and Prozac is the best I’ve tried yet. I’ve taken it before and for me that works a lot.I’m trying to tell myself that it’s okay to take medication my whole life. I don’t think my OCD will be better if I don’t take medication, because I’ve tried to stop with it before.But also I know that some will not be helped by SSRI or any medication. I’m lucky to have find one of the perfect ones for me. It makes me stay away from the psych ward at least!
