What Exactly Are Kate And Williams Doing Here

Why Kate not be a princess after marrying Prince William and?

Prince William is a prince because he is the son of the heir presumptive. He is a Duke now in his own right - that is, he is a duke not because of who his dad is or who his spouse is, but because he himself was made a duke. Nonetheless, he may continue to use the name "Prince William" if he so desires.

One reason he might not desire is because Kate is a princess only by marriage... but she was made a duchess in her own right today. Kate actually has an official title as a princess, but it isn't what you'd expect. Officially, as a princess she is Princess William of Wales. As a duchess, she is the Duchess Catherine of Cambridge. This is because the duchess title is hers, but the princess title comes on account of her husband. (If she chose to go by Princess, however, I bet you the people in general would still call her Princess Catherine.)

Most royals have MANY titles. Charles is not only Prince of Wales, for example, but also Duke of Rothesay, Earl of somewhere else, Duke of another place, Duke of the Isles I think, and a number of other things. He could choose to go by any of those things. Usually, they choose to go by the highest title that they themselves have inherited or been given - not the one that they get from somebody still alive like their parent or spouse. So now that William doesn't have to be known by his dad's title, he will go by his own. Similarly, Kate will probably prefer to go by titles actually conferred upon her, and not by her husband's titles. This is why Camilla chooses to go by the title Duchess of Cornwall, too - because she is herself Duchess of Cornwall, but she is a Princess only insofar as her husband is a Prince. If Charles died, Camilla would still be Duchess of Cornwall - but she would NOT be a princess any longer.

Has anyone seen this video of Prince William grabbing Kate's bum on the Jubilee Barge?

Why the **** does it matter, they are married.
It seems like you are simply promoting your own video.

Is it really true that there is a feud between William, Harry, Kate and Meghan?

The media. Two brother’s now in their 30’s, married, going in different directions with their households and the Causes they want to support. The media, not having anyone really to pick on since Diana, Meghan joins, hey ho lets gets some papers sold here and feed the public with a feud between the couples. Catherine has her family (Have always admired her for making her family part of her Christmas as most other families are pushed out when it comes to celebrations with the Royals) over to Anmer Hall at Christmas, Harry was always invited ( he was single and last year Wills and family supported Harry with Meghan) but this year he and Meghan are staying with the Queen. Has anyone ever thought Harry might be staying with his grandparents because he knows each Christmas it could be their (g/parents) last. Never listen to mainstream media its all about untruths!

If/when Kate Middleton and Prince William get married will she be Queen?

Although Buckingham Palace have announced that Camilla will be called the "Princess Consort" it is likely that William may revert to "Queen Consort" (the last Queen Consort of course being Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother).

The Queen consort has no power, just the title. The King has no real power these days except for granting Royal assent to Acts of Parliament but it is likely that Williams's wife would be a Counsellor of State as is Prince Philip and as was the Queen mother.

Prince Philip is a Prince rather then King because the UK has Prince consorts rather than King consorts (although under separate Monarchies, Scotland did have King Consorts - the last being Henry Darnley, the consort of Mary, Queen of Scots and the father of James VI and I).

What do Brits REALLY think about Kate Middleton?

My overall opinion is neutral; I don't like her but I don't dislike her either.
I really want to like her but there is something disagreeable, unappealing about Kate; I can't even define what precisely is wrong (in my eyes), just a general feeling.

1. Kate is pretty but plain. She is definitely not ugly though.
2. She is 'classy' as far as her choice of outfits is concerned; I do like the simple, elegant pieces she usually chooses.
3. I can't say whether she's fake or genuine; Kate appears to be a reasonably nice person, that's it.
4. She is too skinny for my taste. Healthy doesn't mean skinny or overweight; it means having a weight that is in balance with your height. Kate must gain quite a few pounds to reach that balance; right now, she has that terrible lollipop head. I don't think she is anorexic though, just very skinny.

The fact she was a commoner didn't influence my opinion in any way; Diana, Camilla, Sarah, Sophie were all commoners. Ever Princess Anne is one, as are the spouses of pretty much all current Heirs to the European Thrones.

- I don't like Kate because so far, she has done absolutely nothing; she graduated a collage but didn't do anything productive with her degree, she started dating William and just waited (and waited) until he proposed.
- She's no role model in my book because apart from looking pretty on her wedding day (minus the weight and the terrible eyeliner), Kate doesn't really differ from Kim Kardashian, Paris Hilton, Katie Price or Kerry Katona - she's famous for being famous.
- If she actually does something constructive, becomes a hard-working member of the Royal Family like the Queen, Prince Charles, Prince Philip or Princess Anne - then we'll have reasons to form a positive opinion about our future Queen.

- I don't dislike her because she hasn't done anything outrageous, she's just a very ordinary girl who married an ordinary person in an extraordinary situation.

How tall is kate middleton?

Kate is 5'10 in stocking feet.

@Andrew Milano...what are you talking about? Here is a picture of Prince William next to his father, Prince William. We all know Diana and Charles were about the same height and Diana was 5'10. If Prince William is "only" 6'0- then his father is about 5'6. Get a clue!!
