It's the weirdness of that Insane Clown Posse band. They wrote a lot of random mythology about themselves that some people take literally and there's no point in it beyond elevating themselves to cult status among their hardcore fans-the juggalos-with annual gatherings showcasing the ICP, wrestling and other bands from the same record company-psychopathic records.

i hate people sometimes, like those above me. a juggalo is a person male or female that listens to underground horrorcore[horrorcore is basically a mix of rap, metal and horror music with songs about killing people.(some horrorcore aka wicked sh!t actually has meaning behind it, such as Halls Of Illusions which is about how messed up some people are, like people who beat their wives and kids, or the song Bang Pow Boom which is about bringing all the pedophiles, rapists, abusive people together to meet their most horrible fate)] back to what a juggalo is, aside from the music, juggalo like to hang out and be themselves, we where those kids back in school who didnt have money and weren't part of the popular kids because something was wrong with us, weather our parents were fkups or we just dressed like scrubs, we decided we didnt need them, we look at life and try to live on the bright side. mostly all juggalos are naturally peaceful, we're not the type to start sh!t, but we will finish it if needed. all in all juggalos love having fun, we love acting immature, growing up sucks, we take care of the bills and everything, but why fully grow up when the best times you can ever remember are your teenage years. adults always say "wow i wish i could be your age again, those where fun years" the only reason those fun times stopped was because they let them. my uncle has proved time and time again that you can be old and immature sometimes, he's 54, he's a juggalo, he has a $750,000 house, his own construction company called CKY Construction, he lives next to a lake and has a boat and wakeboards, he drives an 06' Charger, smokes weed and acts like a kid. it's a matter of being able to have a thin line between immature and mature that you can jump across at any time. clown love means that you have love for another juggalo, it's like when you tell your brother you love him, it's not like a hey i wanna make out with you kind of love, it's family love. juggalos consider each other family, and clown love is what we share. down with the clown means that you're a juggalo and you love psychopathic records. i'm kinda tired so my brains not completely functioning[yes go ahead dumbasses, say something stupid like "juggalos brains never function'] but anyways, i hope this helped you.
