ITunes Match error 5002, help?
Hi, I recently purchased iTunes Match and whenever I try to get it to work, it keeps saying "We could not complete your iTunes store request. An unknown error occurred (5002)." and it keeps telling me to try again later. But everytime I try, the same message pops up. Apparently the 5002 error has something to do with your credit card info not being correct. But after I had bought Match, Apple had sent me an e-mail saying that I had purchased it. So, I honestly have no idea what to do. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out. Thanks! :)
How to make itunes match stop skipping songs?!?!?!?
On itunes match alot of my songs are stopping halfway through and skipping to the next song. It says im still listening to the first song but halfway through it stops and starts playing the next song.... ITS SO ANNOYING. Anyone figure out the fix to this bug?
Rented Movies from Itunes: Why does the sound not match up with the video?
I've rented a couple of movies from itunes, and the audio in some parts is slightly off from the video. For example, when someone is talking, you can tell the sound is off from their lips. I'm downloading them on to a laptop, might that be a problem? Have any suggestions to fix this? Thanks.
