If your loving fooling around in the middle of the mall where you could get hurt or in trouble, I'd highly recommend visiting a climbing gym were you can see what it's like. What is the better exercise to do in the evening: yoga (indoor) or running (outdoor)?

It depends on what you're trying to accomplish afterwards.  Both running and yoga can help you sleep better.  Running will release more endorphins so if you've had a super stressful day I'd recommend running followed by light stretching that involves bending forward, inhaling deeply and exhaling very slowly.  If you're wanting to boost energy because you need to stay up late, yoga with back bends, deep inhales and light exhales can boost your energy and wake you up.

Is it unhealthy if I exercise indoors mostly and only outdoors sometimes?

Indoor workouts can be very productive, however taking in more vitamin D, as well as more oxygen from the outside, can be more beneficial in the long run. Unless situations dictate that you are unable to exercise outside consistently, I would encourage you to workout outside.
