What Food Lifestyle Is The Most Healthy For A Human

Is veganism a healthy lifestyle?

Veganism is extremely healthy, as long as you are getting a variety of fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds and grains.
Having a plant based diet lowers your risk for heart disease, diabetes, and many forms of cancer.
Your skin will be smoother, your eyes brighter, your energy level increased and you'll heal from illness much better/faster.
I started as Vegetarian and quickly found it wasn't all that healthy, at least not for me because I'm lazy and ended up eating a lot of processed foods. When I saw my weight going up I knew I had to make some changes and educate myself. That's when I started making the move towards being Vegan.
It's amazing hoe much better I feel. Every cell in my body feels better when I'm eating Vegan. It is most noticeable though when I fall off the wagon for awhile and start eating more processed foods, cheeses, breads, butters...when I go to a vegetarian diet....it is usually within 3 to 4 days that my energy level drops, I'm tired, feel bloated, just not comfortable.
Healing....the doctor told me before I had a hysterectomy 3 weeks ago that eating a healthy diet will really improve your healing time. I thought, I can't get much healthier than I am. Great, we'll see.
I had a complete hysterectomy on Monday. Was off the pain medicine Wednesday morning because it was making me sick. The Saturday after surgery I had to do something so I took a weekend get away trip and felt like I never had surgery. One Monday, one week post up, I went back to work. I have to give the credit to my diet.
When being Vegan isn't healthy. When you get into the habit of not eating a variety of fruits and veggies and start missing out on vitamins and minerals. But of course that's with any diet isn't it?
I get tired of people asking; Where do you get your protein? That's so unhealthy.
First off, American's get far too much protein in their diet. Where I get my protein is from plants. I want to ask those people; where do you get your vitamin A, C, D, E, K, Potassium, Zinc and so on. Majority of them don't get their daily recommended amount of fruits and veggies, if they get any at all. And they're worried about me eating meat that has very little to offer.
I also think peoples obsession with getting enough protein is one of the reason for the obesity epidemic. With animal protein comes animal fat and you are what you eat. I'd rather be a fruit or a veggie than a COW, a CHICKEN, or a PIG!

Are fruits the most healthy food for humans to eat?

Yes. New study reveals they help in preventing heart disease.https://www.wedio.in/home/37509/Fruit is a rich source of potassium, dietary fibre, antioxidants and various other potentially active compounds, and contains little sodium or fat and relatively few calories. The results of the international study indicated that a 100g portion of fruit per day reduced about one-third of death by heart related diseases in both men and women.Fruit normally means the fleshy seed-associated structures of a plant that are sweet or sour, and edible in the raw state, such as apples, bananas, grapes, lemons, oranges, and strawberries. On the other hand, in botanical usage, "fruit" includes many structures that are not commonly called "fruits", such as bean pods, corn kernels, tomatoes, and wheat grains. The section of afungus that produces spores is also called a fruiting body.

What foods can a picky eater eat to stay healthy?

I'm an 18 year old man and I'm still a very picky eater. I want to start exercising to lose fat and build muscle, but I know I need to start eating better first. I don't know how to do that when I don't like veggies. I rarely eat fruit as well. I have fat in the places a man should not have fat, and they are my thighs, hips, stomach, and butt. I've read stuff about supplements on the internet but I don't know what good those would do. I really need to know what I can do to improve my diet. If anyone has any helpful tips, they will be greatly appreciated.

Human food pellets or something similar?

If someone were to create food pellets - or pills, or maybe even something similar to dog food - and they contained the perfect daily allowance of nutrients for a human, would it be possible to sustain human life, and a healthier one at that? I don't see why this wouldn't be possible, and I don't see why we haven't done it yet. I kind of got the idea while shopping for kitten food, I was looking for the right diet for a growing kitten, and the crude protein etc are listed on the back of the bag, and, if you did something similar with 'human food', you could even create a whole chain of foods to match people's different lifestyle needs. Only problem I could see is that lots of people like to have family dinners or something, and eating pellets or taking a pill probably isn't the best 'bonding' food. Perhaps it's something that's required for you to take three times daily, or twice then have dinner? I don't know, just an idea I had. Fun thought - or amazing possibility?
