i have a gameboy color (purple/clear) in great condition, and my friend at school offered to buy it, along with 4 pokemon games (dont ask lol) for 70 bux! this seems like an amazing steal, but im wondering, should i hold onto it for the future? maybe it will be worth much more 40,50,60 years from now? thanks :]

no sorry gameboy color has been logn dead. sapphire and ruby were the first pokemon games on gameboy advance. if u don't have much money, go buy a gameboy sp. to play game boy color and game boy advance games if u can afford it, just get a nintendo ds so u can play gameboy advance games and ds games- ds doesn't play gameboy color games

First of all, Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga will not work on your Gameboy Color because it is a gameboy advanced game. As for gameboy color rpgs, the only good ones are Pokemon Gold/Silver/Crystal, and Pokemon Red/Blue/Yellow (Red Blue Yellow aren't technically GBC games but will work on your GBC) Pokemon can be simplistic if you want it to be, or really complex if you want it to be, so if you play it simplistically, it won't get over complicated for you. All the other RPGS are either terrible or extremely complicated, so those two games are your only choice. They are really fun, too. Pokemon, like mario, is a nintendo game so you know it will be fun. You could also check garage/yard sales, but if you don't want to wait every weekend for that you could probably go to a thrift store or something. They usually sell used things, but I bet with a bit of touch-ups it would be fine. I bet I'm not much help, but I'm trying.
