Hello. I'm very bored, and would like to play a few games on my tablet-laptop (The screen can be taken off and used as a tablet). It's a very high priced laptop, but not very good in general. Can you please tell me which games I can run with this? Well I know PvP mmorpg that is to be released soon called Hailan Rising that will be optimized for performance both on recent computers and less recent ones. So if someone has a brand new gaming machine the graphics will be very nice, and for someone with a 2009 laptop the graphics can be lowered for greater performances. What games can I run on a Nvidia 940MX?
Depending on your CPU, you'd actually be able to get “most” games to run okay. You won't be getting 1080p60, but at a lower resolution, you could probably do okay. I have gotten some good use out of a 940M (less power, more Vram) and can play esports titles comfortably with high framerates (80–100) with low settings. If you consider 30 playable, you can probably do most games.

Not very many... that is not a good laptop for gaming, its more of a general purpose laptop, and it is pretty old at that. It also depends on which version you have of the laptop, as there are 3 different processors that could be in there. If you have a AMD Turion™ 64 X2 dual-core processor L510, you have the best of the 3, but its still only a 1.6 Ghz dual core. You can run games that are around 5 years old or so reasonably well, but most anything newer than that is going to be unplayable even on the lowest settings.
