What game should I get for 3DS on the eshop?

I have a $50 on eshop, and was wondering what are some good games to get? I already have Pokemon X and Y, Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, Animal Crossing: New Leaf, Mario Kart 7, Super Smash Bros 4, Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity, Tomodachi Life, and Kirby Triple Deluxe.
I don t really like Zelda, so please no Zelda games, thanks!

Should I get a Switch or 3DS? If any of these, then which game should I play first?

Well firstly, I'll say that the 3DS is way outdated now, being almost 5–6 years old.Nintendo will launch all it's future titles as well as its major IPs now on the switch, including the much loved Pokemon series.I think 3DS games will later be made available on the switch via purchase from the Nintendo network. Just like how you can play old Gameboy games today on the 3DS.My advice, get the switch. The first game you should buy would definitely be legend of Zelda: breath of the wild.

What Pokemon game should I get for 3ds?

Depends, if you liked Red and Blue, then go for X&Y, they both share that initial feel were your whole team is based on only 150 Pokemon (X&Y open up to have a larger set of Pokemon afterwards though, it also has a fresh new story) you also get a gen one starter (charmeleon/squirtle/bulbasaur)

Pokemon ORAS are remakes of Ruby & Sapphire, they have fully upgraded the graphics, and everything in X&Y is in ORAS. (Aside from a few Pokemon) they also include a new story towards the end and apart from Treeko/Mudkip/Torchic you also get a Gen 2 (cyndaquil/totodile/chicorita) and gen 4 started (oshawat/snivy/tapig)

What games should I buy for my Nintendo DS (not 3DS)?

Am I getting sold bootleg 3DS games?

So I came across a posting for a few really good 3DS games (Pokemon Y, Project X Zone & New Leaf) for a pretty good deal. Only thing that is concerning me is that the guy has removed the sticker labels on the actually 3DS cartridges. He told me he did this to prevent him from trading in the games. I am meeting him tomorrow for the games and have one simple question.

If I bring my 3DS XL and put each game in and it registers and shows the game title on the Home screen is that a good enough indicator that it is a legit copy?

I need a quick response because I am meeting him in 24 hrs. Thanks!

I am considering in getting a Pokémon game for the 3DS, should I get X/Y, ORAS or await Sun/Moon?

In my experience, I found Pokemon X too easy. It appears based on my knowledge, that leveling was far faster and the gym leader's teams were weak in comparison so I  breezed through all the leaders. This could also be partially because I forgot EXP Share was on (New method for that than other games). So that may be worth keeping off if you want a challenge with X. Otherwise it is a great game, awesome story, and the new region is a breath of fresh air.The leveling issue was fixed with OR/AS. I felt like I really had to work to level my team (like you should have to). The game also includes far more end game than the original Ruby and Sapphire. This includes more end game story, and more legendary Pokemon to catch. The only downside to this game is that it is a remake. However this wouldn't be an issue if you didn't play Ruby or Sapphire, or if you really enjoyed it and want to play it with more content and better quality. If you are really interested in getting into Pokemon on the 3ds. I would get either X/Y, or OR/AS (As a fan of the series I recommend both). Since we know virtually nothing about Sun/Moon, you wont know until we know more about it if it will be worth the wait.
